“O Allah, verily I seek the better [of either choice] from You, by Your knowledge, and I seek ability from You, by Your power, and I ask You from Your immense bounty. For indeed You have power, and I am powerless; You have knowledge and I know not; You are the Knower of the unseen realms. O Allah, if You know that this matter is good for me with regard to my religion, my livelihood and the end of my affair then decree it for me, facilitate it for me, and grant me blessing in it. And if You know that this matter is not good for me with regard to my religion, my livelihood and the end of my affair then turn it away from me and me from it; and decree for me better than it, wherever it may be, and make me content with it.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْتَخِيرُكَ بِعِلْمِكَ وَأَسْتَقْدِرُكَ بِقُدْرَتِكَ وَأَسْأَلُكَ
مِنْ فَضْلِكَ الْعَظِيمِ فَإِنَّكَ تَقْدِرُ وَلَا أَقْدِرُ وَتَعْلَمُ وَلَا أَعْلَمُ وَأَنْتَ عَلَّامُ الْغُيُوبِ اللَّهُمَّ إِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ خَيْرٌ لِي فِي دِينِي وَمَعَاشِي وَعَاقِبَةِ أَمْرِي فَاقْدُرْهُ لِي وَيَسِّرْهُ لِي ثُمَّ بَارِكْ لِي فِيهِ وَإِنْ كُنْتَ تَعْلَمُ أَنَّ هَذَا الْأَمْرَ شَرٌّ لِي فِي دِينِي وَمَعَاشِي وَعَاقِبَةِ أَمْرِي فَاصْرِفْهُ عَنِّي وَاصْرِفْنِي عَنْهُ وَاقْدُرْ لِي الْخَيْرَ حَيْثُ كَانَ ثُمَّ أَرْضِنِي به

I thank Allah for making me a muslim and giving us this amazing tool of "Istikhara", I can't imagine my life without it
Brothers and sisters, you will be really missing a huge reward if you didn't do this on Friday.
Ibn Hajar al-Haytami said in Tuhfat al-Muhtaaj (2/471): It was said that *there is nothing in the Sunnah, in any saheeh report, greater than this reward, so pay attention to it.* End quote.
It was narrated from Aws ibn Aws ath-Thaqafi that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: *“Whoever does ghusl on Friday and cleanses himself, and sets out early, and comes close to the imam and listens and keeps quiet, for every step he takes he will have the reward of fasting and praying qiyaam for one year.”* Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 496; classed as Saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi, 410.

Allah SWT knows the reality of everything while man's knowledge is limited. Sometimes we deceive God's wisdoms and assess things on the basic of our limited knowledge and often make wrong decisions.
Allah have blessed us with Quran, Hikmah (wisdom) and rushd (deeper understanding with guidance) so that we don't decide on things being good or bad as prompted by personal desire rather by the wisdom of Allah
In this verse Allah made an obligatory for the muslim to fight in the way of Allah. And the best fight (jihad) is fighting one's own nafs or desire. If we learn and understand this verse we will block the way of Syaitan. Who always tries to instill doubt and negative thoughts in our mind
He knows how things will turn out and of what benefit or harm they will be to us. We should ask Him for khair and afia in every matter of this life and of course, the goodness of the Hereafter. We should recite the supplication of Istekhara when deciding upon a matter and seek help from Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala. We should also willingly submit to His commands and save our souls from any kind of harm of this world or the next.
My hope in Allah bless me and my family and my friends and my ummah and I amazing person and alhamdulillah I am Muslim best Muslim community service and help people who have food and clothes change myself too

Assalamu Alaikum brothers and sisters you know I am from India and living in Mumbai the current situation is not well to say that I am living a good life extremely challenged even though I am not educated so it is my main dilemma to get a job now I am doing a laborious job in Mumbai I want to marry because of my respected age however the girl's father demanding heavy things which I never imagine in my dream he wants home car all they want a lavish life which is good from their perspective but due to the extreme poverty I decided to stay a bachelor forever unless I accomplishing their fulfillment their dream to get married I am not despair about Allah mercy I hope he will give me even more, please guys make supplication for me to stay strong enough Allah hafiz

I have four children 3 girls and1 boy
I live in an old rent flat that not valid for life with my old father and mother (70 years old)
As my father suffer from cancer most of his time in the hospital
My children suffer malnutrition and lack of food and also do not go to school because we don't have the minimum necessities of life
We are a family without a breadwinner
We live deprivation and tragedy every day of our lives
We live with accumulated debts and also live with the fear of being evicted from the apartment for not paying the rent
All I wish is to find a source of livelihood where I can provide food for my children and my sick mother and father
I desperately need the help of my Muslim brothers and sisters from everywhere Even if a little
