Thanks! I'm UK based and want to do weight based rates, but they are not applying at all. Only flat rate shipping is working. Is weight based conditions not available for UK shops (even though the options are there to set up?)

Thanks but my problem is that my vendor is home Depot, CO. When trying to checkout as a buyer from CA, it says that it doesn't ship to CA!? I thought that Home Depot would select the store of shipping based on the location of the buyer but apparently not. How do I fix this?
