前回の激ウマ「もつうどん」の続編、大阪発祥のB級グルメ「とん平焼き」
戦後、大阪市北区に「本とん平」を創業したのが始まり。名前の由来は、「豚」を「平ら」にして焼いたものである。
このお店は岡山だが、経営者のご夫婦どちらかが関西出身で、とん平焼きがメニューにある。ちょっと食べたいときにオススメ。シンプルだから素材の風味がそのまま味わえるのが良い。このお店は他にも、お好み焼き、ねぎ焼き、モダン焼き、ホルモンうどん、牡蠣焼き、そばめし等々たくさんあるので、B級グルメ好きには外せない。
