    How long does it take after pouring for the plate to be completely covered in mould and bacteria due to pouring in an open environment? I'n my experience about one/two weeks but curious about your time.

    that looked like a lot of condensation...is that going to go away later?

      Stack your plates once poured and all but the top plate will not have any condensation.

      Also you can heat up some water in a coffee mug and set it on top to draw condensation out.
