very bad design for the following reasons 1) No Foyer area on entry in 1st floor 2) No space for refridgerator in kitchen 3) utility area in 1st floor is very small 4) Pooja room is not spacious 5) kitchen sink is very small 6) 1st floor room's bathroom has toilet in the corner & shower in the entry area. shower should always be in the corner. 7) lots of space wasteage in the design 8) bath tub is no longer trendy, it's utter waste 9) very small balconies 10) no home theatre 11) no spacious living hall in 2nd floor 12) No dedicated office room/ space 13) tv unit area is next to main door in 1st floor
