Whoever got this house is very lucky , kudos to the person who took time, effort and has good taste to build this beautiful home. I cannot afford this but happy to see and be content with it for now. I will keep it as a dream home and work hard to see if I can achieve it.

My site is 30x45 west facing
Ground floor car parking lift lobby and in the back one condo having kitchen and attach bathroom.( using as non veg kitchen and guest room)
first floor has hall kitchen pooja dining store utility area and one powder room
2nd floor has 2 bedrooms with attach bath and 3rd floor is same as second floor.
4th floor has terrace, front side has a store on which water tank is there and also solar.
Back side is covered with roof tiles . it has washing machine one bath and space for Tread mill.

Hi, my house is G+3, 5100 sqft materials used wire cut red bricks, SS steel, Burma Border teak wood ,marble flooring as key items.
Total cost 2.25 cr includes 40L for interiors.
Started construction during peak corona time so materials and labour cost was more.
started April 2021 Finished Jan 2023
Location Bangalore
As you know the cost will depend on so many factors, you will have to research around 3 months before starting to get a resonably accurate amount.
From my experience for the materials used by me it will cost Rs 4500 Per sqft as of today. for end to end.

Lifts should be given inside the house from first floor for more safety, not only in this house but for many other other houses too. This is Just my opinion.
Bro they will provide access card to access lift, without access card, you can't use lift, no need to worry about safety 😊😊😊
