Start by removing the shower head and fully immersing it in a bowl of distilled white vinegar. While some caution against soaking the shower head due to potential damage to rubber O-rings, I'll include an O-ring to test its durability after three hours of soaking in distilled white vinegar. Once cleaned, the shower head looks good as new.

Do 50/50 peroxide and vinegar to make it go a lot faster. Do not get on your skin or metal surfaces.

Or just use your thumb to scrape the gunk out of the easy clean rubber spray nozzles. They are there to be easy clean... right? Just dont rub too hard or they may pop out.
Good point! True, I've done this on this one, but over 2 years, the lime deposits build up.
Does it work only with white vinegar?? Any other vinegar?
I'm not sure, I've never tried anything else. I've read lemon juice works. I would think anything really acidic, like other vinegars, would work.
With a little bit of time, you can make it shine.
