Good Day Justice buddy!! Thank You so much for discussing this topic.
Good day Atty., thank you for explaining our topic in the way we can understand it. You’ve tell us the three bodies in our Philippine constitution which are the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial Department. And we talk about Judicial Department under Article VIII and you’ve taught as that judicial power shall be vested in one Supreme Court under section 1. I’ve learned that the Judicial power includes the duty of court of justice to settle actual controversies involving rights and to determine whether or not there has been a grave abuse of discretion amounting to lack or excess of jurisdiction. Thank you Atty. for giving us knowledge about why Congress was part of the Jurisdiction of Courts and explaining us the power of Congress to define, prescribe and apportion the jurisdiction of various courts and their limits to may not deprive the Supreme Court over cases enumerated in Section 5 of Article VIII and shall not reorganize the Judiciary that affects the security of tenure of its members.
I learened abaout where the judicial power is vested. Thank you for another knowledge sir/atty. 👍
Good day Atty: Bajita. Thankyou for sharing another lesson to us
Good day Atty! Today I learned many things along the line of judicial power, where the judicial power vested, what are the powers included in Judicial power, what is the power of Congress over the Jurisdiction courts and what is its limits. Under article 8. Judicial Department. Section 1. The judicial power vested in one supreme court and in such lower courts. And the supreme court is created by our one and only Saligang Batas or Constitution. The included Judicial power is the power to settle actual controvercies involving rights, to determine if there is a grave abuse of discretion or a power of a department of the government. And for the powers of the Congress over the jurisdiction is that congress has the power to define, prescribe and apportion the jurisdiction of various courts. And the limit of this power is that the congress cannoy deprived the Supreme Court of its jurisdiction over cases indicated in section 5. Thank Atty for this new knowledge that I attained.
I’ve learned a lot about where is judicial power vested and what is the power of congress over the jurisdiction of courts and it’s limit. Under Section 1: Judicial power shall be vested in one Supreme Court and in such lower courts. Under Section 2: the congress shall have the power to define, prescribe and apportion the jurisdiction of various courts. Thank you for another knowledgeable video lecture sir, I learned a lot.
