    They also gave a preview of our new ground force protocols coming this spring.

    Good information. Best explanation in understanding ground forces in have seen so far. Looking forward to app and drills. Have force pedals, used for a few years and drills gotten stale for me.

    How do you know if your vertical is happening early enough (right time) Also drills to get it right I have the sticks and force petals

      Hello, unfortunately, it is more or less impossible to see force (the amount and the timing of it). Force plates are one of the ways to know for sure.
