True Light isn't a problem to run. You were already playing it and you always want it as part of your board. That its now so easily accessible and you can use it immediately is a very good thing. Maiden and Prayers by themselves have almost completely solved Blue-eyes' biggest consistency issues. Not to say there isnt still the potential to brick in a deck with a bunch of Lvl 8 monsters but i imagine it'll be unlikely
You don't even need to run multiple vanillas now. You can easily get away with one, and sage summons it anywhere, but the hand. Now the deck can run a bunch of non engine now since sage and maiden is the only maindeck monsters you need to run at max copies.
General end board u make 2 spirit dragons (its not hard once per turn). Tag one into the synchro 12 and the other into crimson, then use the crimson to tag into a different 12 like quasar.
Also he didn't really note the fact of the Equip effect being for getting BE Ultimate Dragon or Neo BE Ultimate equipped to count as a material for Magia Knight's fusion cost.
Only 4 of the 8 new cards were shown. I'm betting they are getting another fusion to go in conjunction with the new spell banishes itself to fusion summon

You can search Barrier Resonator with the new spell and use Maiden to summon it after you target her, then do full fiendsmith combo. I dont know if its viable but I think its funny.

Its just played by so many new/bad players that people almost never see what good players actually trying to make blue eyes work can do. So the deck is brushed off even when given support like this. This support is crazy, in good hands this deck can do the same endboards as centurion with 1 card, but also has very easy access to dragon stuff like bystials and spheres on top. And we still have 4 more cards coming.

Like for example the one card combo doesn't end of 1 spirit dragon but 2 which is much better in today's standard. And the fact that there is 4 more cards to be revealed is crazy.
Or alternatively, equip Blue-Eyes Ultimate to Blue-Eyes White, then make Tyrant Dragon or Spirit Dragon with them so Ultimate goes to grave, find a way to get Chaos or Chaos MAX into hand, and play Ultimate Fusion. Dragon Master Magia on board
I hope DM gets some better support because most of it is average/situational at best. Plus I'd love to see DM win worlds for once giving Yugi deck some bragging rights.
Dragon locks is hardly an issue for a typical BEWD deck. The real issue is you are still forced to run the vanilla instead of a better alternative like with DM.
Yeah you can run the vanilla as a one of now Yacine have done a combo video with a decklist it's pretty much solid list, and the space for non engine is huge now since the deck don't have to run alot of engine.
Cards are def better than he thinks but it most likely still won’t be top tier unless the game gets put into the same position like it did back then where there weren’t that many good decks to play and just summoning several sticky 3k bodies did for you. Which is possible if the game stays in a hand trap reliant meta where summoning big beat sticks carries. This deck will consistently put up 2 floating Omni negates,reborn every turn. Potentially 3 floating omnis. It will definitely be playable but top tier? Who knows.

There's a suship monster that's treated as the vanilla in deck (but not always treated as it overall) so it gets around that. Granted that Suship monster came out like a decade after Alternative did give or take.
Blue eyes if they get an XYZ card/ link card will make the deck doing three things fits well with the gimmick. Now u can also do 3 types of spcial summon in your bewd deck (pure)
Depends on the deck size and card ratios if your bricking with a 40 card deck up it to 50. I will only play Blue Eyes with at least a 47 card deck but generally 50 is a good safe number. I rarely ever brick maybe once out of 50 matches. If you brick often with Blue Eyes it's a skill issue it's a matter of a deck building issue.
I'm somewhat disappointed they didn't make the Ultimate Spirit have effects that completely shut down exactly Snake Eyes and Fiendsmiths in a hopes for the final of World Championship would be a Blue Eyes brick fest mirror match again

I think you're talking about RE friend. Only 4/8 cards of the BE structure have been revealed and they all touch on and improve on the Synchro and Fusions halves of the deck immensely.
The maiden literally searches your true light and the spell summons your BEWD. And the synchro is made with spirit. They literally all interact with the existing strategy.
Why god, please stop, seriously, BE and DM are basically if every HERO deck was obsessed with sucking off Vanilla Neos, Seriously stop, there's probably like 200+ strategies you could reasonably call "decks", Why are we so obsessed with dragon Tonya Harding and Eldlich lying to itself, telling itself it's cool because it's main dingus was in cartoon in the 2000's? There's literally infinite possibilities and we continue wasting design space on the most worn out, tired part of the game.

The idea for prayer is to equip neo ultimate and then fusion off for tyrant so that you have a targeting negate in gy with neo
