Hey what are the changes you felt after this program
How transformed the experience leaves you, is what matters. - You described the program, the purpose and the implications very well. BSP is purely experiential. It took a lot of application for me, and I am only starting to see what this experience meant for me - after almost 3/4 years: a reality that is always available for us, right in front of our eyes.
Volunteering for BSP added for me an extra layer to the experience, as we made the program happen for others with our experience of BSP in mind. The joy, adventure and complete sense of abandon, emptiness I experienced gave me a glimpse of what offering yourself means for the life within and outside of you.
This is the best explanation of BSP i found in internet. Very interesting.
Hope my BSP will happen this year.

After listening , i realised i need this... since I fit the characteristic of being thick headed, thick face n at times coming out as snobbish in peoples opinion which none will tell that in my face, which i agree i am not, or my I?. The first rule of BSP is you don’t try to explain what it is.. to anyone.. especially ones who havent done it. You experience, thats all!

Anna, I am someone who faced anxiety issues..I mentioned this in my form. and ashram has asked me to submit certificate that I am mentally healthy. Now this is almost not possible beacuse if you actually do the psychometry you will get something in it. So I don't know if this program is for me or not... I am a little disappointed to say.

No, it's completely designed by Sadhguru, but, as far as I know, Sadhguru is not physically present in most of them.

I dont know. I did it in the US. Its for sure happening in Coimbatore, but hopefully you can find a place to do it near you 🙏🏼 its 100000% worth it, prepare well and it could be the highlight of your life.. Go for BSP when you can, it will change your life...
If no new practices are taught in bsp, then what do they allocate 4 days for the program? Can you tell briefly what is done there?

Should I directly go to this program attending any other program?
What are the timings of the program? Sufficient breaks in between? I am a old man and need to use restroom every two hours hence asking.
