During enrollment of inner engineering process, they are making sure that we are physically and psychologically fit and before starting this we must visit our doctor or psychologist or psychiatrist.. But i am having anxiety and depression,, then am i not supposrd to do this? As they are staying like in some cases this process enhanced the anxiety issues.

The only condition you need to fulfill is being 15+ years of age and nothing else. It will definately help you. There is nothing to consult about its simple yoga, try to do it offline if possible.
It depends on you, the initiation take place in one day, then you have to practice for 40 days, my personal experience is very great, anger issues have come down, better relations with my family and friends✨🙏

It just started by sitting in front of deity sitting and playing bhajans may or may not concentrated on the light of lamp I lit while sitting, I doubt it also I don't have any clue how this started. No, its purely and experiential program, making notes or doing anything is prohibited you have to be involved in the program fully, and you can watch the video lectures whenever you want.
In offline mode you get initiated by a trained Ishanga in a conducive environment and in the online mode you can do it in your own personal space on your laptop. Offline>Online 🙏

I have been facing a health issue. Having tickling in my forehead from a month and it feels like I have been drugged I don't understand what it is. It just started by sitting in front of deity sitting and playing bhajans may or may not concentrated on the light of lamp I lit while sitting, I doubt it also I don't have any clue how this started. I came across some videos of sadguru and other CZcams channels . I never done any yogic kriya .. I just want to know is there anything to be scared of! Plz guide me.🙏🏻

Both courses are offered by Sadhguru, he speaks in English during the course so all the other languages are translations and its a general notion that English speaking people belong to high class🙏

Me kafi noisy atmosphere me rehta hu.. poore tym trains ka ana jaana rehta hai jisse kafi disturbance hota hai.. kya in sessions ko aise atmosphere me attend krke results aa skta hai? Me esi doubt me start nhi kr paa rha hu
It’s best to attend these sessions at a quiet place, kindly manage some quiet place or those hours when trains dont pass by that frequently.

@@savinaysadhu794 before going into initiation, one must have an understanding that these are very powerful yogic life processes…..that requires commitment. but you will, all know the details elaborately when you go through it. yes, it is a process to work upon one’s karma which of course helps a lot. but if one is not receptive to it , it will not happen….by being receptive I mean , one has to strictly follow what is being told in the program and not be too concerned about, I believe this, I believe that….cos you will be entering. dimensional which you know nothing about….if you simply sit like a child simply wanting to learn and follow the procedures with a very open heart , you will become so much more receptive….
