Quedé sin palabras.
Disfruté cada nota musical de esta extraordinaria pieza.
Una gran ovación a estos jóvenes músicos.
Great catch of Metheny's sound! Great vibist! Great players all around.
WOW WOW WOW WOW!!
That is one of my three favorite songs from Pat Metheny, and you did it VERY VERY VERY WELL!!
amazing arrangement!! the drum player is very good and the xylophone player, who plays the solo, is very good and expressive (and also pretty).
my sincere congratulations from Brazil!
What a brilliant arrangement, and it's so well executed by all!
good playing guys.... love this music
This is lovely ! And the Vibe player is great ~
Brilliant!
that was awesome
Why lie about Pat and Lyle? This was pretty cool in it's own right
Great!!
Wonder if Pat has seen this
This arrangement is not by Stephen A. Martin, it was stolen from John Kizilarmut, who was commissioned to write it by the University of Texas in 2003. Sad to see thieves taking credit for other people’s work.
In my opinion PM songs are best left alone instead of trying to cover them or 'interpret' them in your own way because there is so much nuance and sensitivity that goes into the production/playing that every other version not performed by the man himself simply cannot capture the essence of the song.
Disagree ! The piece was exploited superbly here !
"Whither Music?" - Charles Ives
disagree too, at least on this song.
