- In this video, I have shown you the unboxing and installation of Lian Li ST120 Fans. I did not use the ARGB Controller included in the box because I have an ARGB synchronizable mobo (B550m Aorus Elite), so the connections shown in this video do not include the ARGB controller. If you guys do not have a synchronizable fan header (5v) then you have to use the controller.

so if I have these 3 rgb fans and then have 3 other rgb fans from my AIO can I connect the 3 fans from my AIO cooler on that same hub from the 3 normal fans if I use the extension cables ?
yes you can as long as they are all using the same connectors

how much low is the noise level? during gaming when fans spin at higher speed? can the sound be heard on sitting position like chair?
Brother, noise levels are not that high during gaming. I personally use headphones during gaming. If you are in a complete pin drop silenced room, you might feel the noise of spinning fans while gaming but overall it won't bother you. Secondly, you can also adjust the fan speed curve to your desired level through bios.
@@arhamtechie if a person is sleeping in the same room at a distance like 5 feet can feel the noise in gaming? not pin drop silence but either air conditioning or ceiling fan room?

Can i buy this set 2 times and connect both fan controllers to motherboard ? while controlling 6 fans ?
Yes, you can. Alternatively, you can connect all six fans with a single controller (hub has a space of total 6 fans) and keep the second one for future use.
@@arhamtechie thanks for reply and will I be able to control PWM and RGB on all fans ? Coz I think fans have 2 output cables one for PWM regulation and second for RGB controls. Or am I wrong ?
@@marekcvoliga3813 Yes for PWM, you have hub with space upto 6 fans and for RGB, you can use RGB splitters provided (You can see in the video at 2:50) and I believe you can connect upto 4 fans through a single ARGB splitter, and then that single ARGB splitter can connect to your mobo ARGB header.

Yes, I will recommend it. You can easily chain upto 6 argb fans (but make sure the other brand's fans you are using should have the same PWM and Argb connector supported by the hub)
Is the controller wireless or you need to keep it in the cabinet
Sadly the controller is not wireless and you have to connect it through the provided wired controller. This is the only limitation of this fan kit. I would recommend using motherboard software (if you can) to control argb.

how is the airflow ? worth buying ?
If you have a PWM speed controlling fan header on mobo then I would definitely recommend you to buy this as you can set the fan speed curve according to your desired temp in the motherboard's bios and these are the cheapest pwm fans with good airflow and low noise level.
