- Here I am in beautiful Monza, Italy, where I discovered this this deliciously fresh and savory salad. I love the crunch of the fresh vegetables in contrast with the Prosciutto Cotto and Caciocavallo, all brought wonderfully together by the fresh lemon juice and olive oil dressing. Delizioso!

Wonderfully simple! I am curious if it could be made with an ordinary hard cheese and ham? for those of us in small towns without resources for special ingredients like the recipe calls for.
