2 things that are minor: 1
The Cillage gym looks more like bouldering than rock climbing, the difference being smaller distances without a harness and padding to land on a fall. 2. Pewter gym can be seen as lifting Atlas Stones looking at the sizes.

You should do a video assessing what each gym leader’s real world profession would be based on their gym, and comparing the average salaries of those professions to determine who would be the richest gym leader…..other than Giovanni since his real world profession is a crime boss.

The weird thing is that regardless of the gym and it’s capability to work out in, 99% of the gym leaders are either super buff or very well built

I always just assumed that the city "inside" the Saffron gym was actually Saffron city itself. It isn't inside it, the warp panels teleport you to the roofs of buildings within the city and the leader battle is on the roof of the gym.

Hey, Michael. Just had an idea for Team Sky. Each of the admins focuses on a weather condition. You have Boreas of the North Winds, who uses Hail and Ice types. You have Eurus of the Eastern sands, who uses Sandstorm & Ground types. You have Notus of the Southern Heat, who uses Sunny Day & Fire types. And finally, you have Zephyr of the Western Storms, who uses the Rain & Electric types. They also use Pokémon that thrive in their weather conditions.
Meanwhile Mikey uses Cloud Nine before getting Rayquaza's Air Lock and Delta Stream. Best of all, Altaria can have Cloud Nine.

heres the thing about the first kalos gym: once you do fall, especially if you use one of the ropes, youve got a great excersie place down there
I'm sure rope climbing would be a decent exercise to do to get down there or just in general.
That's assuming you don't get injured from the fall.
The fact that Kalos' gyms are so high in rating is wonderful! Kalos has been and will be my favourite region aesthetically.
It's the best game non storywise {until swsh where they just give you free 6iv mons)

For Alola, you could have gone over the trial sites. This would have been one video where trials and gyms could be adequately compared.

I could totally see the games having a small group of actual bodybuilders showing up in some part of every gym commenting on how it is as an actual gym and completely ignoring the Pokemon aspect. XD It's the kind of thing they'd do to add info and flavor text about the gym's design.

Michael here” just makes me so happy! Last time I watched your videos I was in 8th grade. Now I return to your channel as a junior in high school. Raihan’s gym is my favorite because not only does it show off double battles and use non-dragon pokemon along side Dragon types, but he also shows how to use weather effects and how to take advantage of them which I thought was pretty cool. I don’t remember but I think he also compliments you if you change the weather on your own when you fight him. He also doesn’t have any lame puzzles and just goes straight into battles which is nice IMO.
All gyms should have been designed based on this concept of workout since should really be physically strong for the type of polemon they train.

Hey Mikey you forgot to mention that along with the ropes and slide in the Coumarine Gym the Gym also has some Safety Measures in place Whether it's the nets under the rope swings or the barriers that prevent Trainers from going off the edge it is very safe despite being a tall structure that is built like a treehouse

Do it again with “Can you beat Let’s go Pikachu with a team of field move users without them ever forgetting their field moves”, with Pikachu knowing Floaty Fall before Sky Dash and Splishy Splash before Sea Skim, a traded Farfetch’d with Cut before Chop Down, a traded Alakazam with Flash before Light Up and Teleport, a Machamp with Strength before Strong Push, a Pokémon that knows Dig like a Diglett, and a Chansey that knows Soft-Boiled, and when the field move counterpart is used, the corresponding Pokémon that knows it has to be following the player (Farfetch’d for Chop Down, Alakazam for Light Up and Pokémon center entry, Machamp for Strong Push, Diglett/Dugtrio for Escape Rope usage, and Chansey for potion and recovery usage).
The absolute irony that the one time Kalos got high rankings with Mikey was when it came to comparing the gyms of Pokemon as a workout gym.

10:39 that is if you can deal with the elevation and disorientation. The manga takes advantage of this by incorporating this into Fantine’s strategy by using the math puzzles and elevation to test her opponents rationality to see how susceptible they are to illusions.
The ideas is that Fantina makes her opponents use logic to reach her, and then throws that out with illogical techniques like Trick Room.

I feel like the materials used for the ground of the Galar stadiums have to be taken into account tho, like with the Hulbury Stadium having tiles which would make them slippery, or with the Hammerlocke Stadium having stone which would prolly be unpleasant to land on.

You should rank the gyms in universe like how they operate as gyms with the trainers and leaders like a group, like if you were going to be a gym trainer which would be the best gym to enroll
The criteria could implicate the danger of the gym with the selection of pokemon you can use in that gym, the character of the leader maybe, and the potential of being stronger perhaps like if there's a lot of powerful trainers there to help you train
