DISCLAIMER : I DO NOT OWN KNUCKLE DUSTERS - WHAT YOU SEE IS A STICKER AND A RUBBER HAND STRENGTH GRIPPER.
I made myself a jacket out of bacon. Sorted.
my dog will love you !!!!!
Oh how the U.K. has progressed and not for the better either ,didn’t need any of this stuff 50 years ago 😢 the U.K. is heading to hell 😡
We've been in hell for yrs.
You're most dangerous weapon is your state of mind. That defys wether you are a fighter or not..
The stuff in your gloves you were talking about is kevlar. and works quite well.
I always wear my steel toe boots, always carry my leather kevlar lead shot filled knuckle gloves , carry i strob torch and a sub3 non locking knife.
I carry a few field dressings I kept after leaving the TA. Was told to use tampons in an emergency 😊👍🏻
great tips mate, i often forget about tampons for wounds!
Well as an answer to the question in the title, i suggest a rainbow coloured shirt, green checkered slightly short trousers, yellow socks and scarf, light blue or pink glasses and your hair purple. Guaranteed that you'll be safe, especially law enforcement will live you alone, more than that you'll have the protection of a president, they'll bring in a whole SWAT team just for someone insulting you. 😂 ( currently this is the best self defense)
No item is legal to carry for the purpose of Self Defence! Keys, pencil, rolled up newspaper are all classed as illegal weapons if carried for defence.
If you are questioned, NEVER say you were carrying an item for a “Just in case” scenario……and ALWAYS have a legitimate reason for having something on your person.
Great advice!
How about Government recommended self-defence carry items, "White handkerchief and an organ donor card" Regards
😂They'd find a way to criminalise that
FFS, lol.
My understanding is that you can carry a pillow to defend yourself in GB. just don’t hit your assailant too hard with it, don’t want to give them a red mark while they’re trying to stab you.
Our woman are expected to defend them selves with a whistle. It's a complete joke over here
Nice one, i like the idea of using panels in bags 😊
Good idea isn't it, and would work really well.thank you for watching and commenting my queen.
@@WeaponCollector it is. Made me think of the coppers in London telling people to wear their bags on their fronts to stop pick pocketers, a great way to wear a rucksack
I picked up somewhere defensive cuts to the forearms are usual in a knife attack. We usually defend ourselves quite well to begin with. Forearms and hands.
Cut resistant, long sleeve gloves are useful...
I'd recommend polycarbonate stab vests from PPSS as they also offer great blunt force trauma protection as well as stab, spike and slash protection. I wear one with my steel toe boots and a box/groin guard working the doors
Sod the law and the police ! - Those handbags not gonna protect you. Anyone attacks me is going to regret it. I'll take my chances in the dock dealing with some muppet with a sheep on his /her head rather than being in a box!
you and me both brother! fuck the tyrants. its our god giving right to protect our selfs and family or strangers if needed!
This government strips us of protection but offers none in return. Sick of it.
Don't tell the bastards what you've got.
Great video. I picked up some really useful tips
Glad you enjoyed it mate and found it helpful!
I slide extra plates into my backpack too. It adds weight but doesn’t take up much space. Just be sure to have them both facing the correct way as if it’s set up for wearing then one will be the wrong way round.
Nice one Rajamak, its a good idea isn't it, and well worth doing, oh yes and good point on having them the right way, thats a great shout.
You have the right to defend yourself. Always be on the lookout and awesome review. I have knives that you won't be able to own like Italian stilettos since UK is very strict.
Brilliant Vid, just ordered some Celox granules. Already had the gloves and bump cap, motocross armoured jacket with chest back shoulder and elbow protection, shin pads,
Thanks mate, that stuff is well worth having i reckon and small enough to carry too.
Be careful with the granular hemostatic stuff. Cuz when you get to a hospital they have to dig all of it back out of you, it can make the bleeding worse at that point. The hemostatic gauze or pads are better.
Good advice mate, cheers
I just bought a steel ballistic plate that fits perfect in a rucksack. £40 on Amazon. Probably from China but if it stops a bullet and a knife stab from behind, I’m happy.
😂😂...IF,
Nice one mate, good purchase!
I like this kind of video
A lot of motorbike gear has Kevlar in it so that's good advice, ain't cheap like.
Thank you . Cheers
I highly recommend Israeli bandages and a tourniquet for an EDC first aid kit to supplement the Celox. Also look into expired (or current) AED pads for use for sucking chest wounds. Great video!
ONE ANSWER NO.if you defend yourself with anything you will be charged with using a weapon. You have to rely on our two tiered police to rescue or more likely arrest you.
All defensive weapons are illegal unless your a migrant running around with a knife or machete.
Fantastic vid again man, those slash resistant kevlar items are awesome I always wear a neck guard and carry hands and forearm ones aswell as a tourniquet.
That bag idea is awesome nice 1 😎
Oh and that cap never seen that before defo getting 1 ready for summer 😎
Thanks for watching mate, glad you found it interesting and useful. i ned a few tourniquets, still never got round to buying proper ones
Yeah i only found out about them a few years ago when i was asked to review on (i think) good concept isnt it
@WeaponCollector yea awesome idea, ive never worn caps much but that is defo gona change
Quality vid mike, cheers 👍
Thanks Shane looks like this one is getting some decent views too!
Some really good ideas, Mike. I'd never considered the body armour aspect of defence.
I particularly like the hat liner idea.
Metatron regularly goes out wearing Chainmail under his leather jacket, but a lot of us can't afford that. Your suggestions are much more wallet friendly.
Always carry a knife no matter what the law. Better in jail than dead.
Amen carry what you want when the law no longer protects you it’s your duty to protect yourself and your loved ones no matter what the consequences.
Hi 👋🏼 Mike. Great video thanks 😊
cheers mate, glad you enjoyed it mate, thanks
I have the leather gloves with lead shots in knuckles and kevlar for slash proof they are really good ebay for £25
Thank you.
People can moan all they want about councils and politicians. Well, at least JOIN one of the two main parties in your local area and attend all meetings, then when it comes to voting for candidates you will have a say. You also will have a say on other things. Become councillors and candidates and vote for each other. Do what they did. Infiltrate and take over. Do what you can to get into the civil service, police and NHS office work, where you can learn things you otherwise wouldn't and anonymously blow the whistle and sabotage their nefarious plans. Pull together again as people used to.
Get in one of the corporations and parties, keep reasonably quiet and don't make waves at first. Agree with them as much as you need to, avoid being "got out" - even if pretending convincingly sickens you. My father has to after WWII when he was infiltrating Nazi cell groups with contingency plans (extremely dangerous work), get others likewise in then when there is enough of us, take back over. That is what the cultural Marxists have done. Do the same.
That is the non violent way.
Can I carry a can of Lynx and a lighter?
Great video Mike, hopefully this one get a load of views as well mate you deserve it for the effort you but into these videos.
Cheers Stu, its on for a good start by the looks of it!
Olight seeker 3 pro, 4100 lumen on turbo mode, pouch for belt clip.
If you cover yourself in your own excrement people tend to leave you alone, not that I would recommend it !
That's sh*t advice😂
John Wick only needs a pencil.
in the uk criminals cary knifes and other weapons stabbing and muggings on the rise buy good hard working people can't carybwepons to defend urself it insane.
I have to correct you on boots fella you will get arrested if you use steel toe caps and you inflict gbh on a attacker UNLESS your on your way to work-in work or on your way from work otherwise they say you have no reason to have them on your person and you are intending on hurting someone 🤷🏻♂️ go figure 🤙🏻
Hypothetical question - if I were to carry a plastic Cold Steel buckler to defend myself from knife attack, would that be considered UK legal carry or not? Its intended use wouldn't be to use as a weapon but to defend from weapons.
I'm interested as to what your take is on this, as it's split opinions in the Facebook groups I've asked it in.
No we should not be wearing any of this stuff this was the UK the day will come when we can defend ourselves and familys
Nice one more than I realized
Thanks 👍 good ideas 💡
Another great vid ! this may help a few people.
Cheers Zed, hopefully is does!
Hi mate. I've enjoyed these last 2 self defence vids Mike.
As the country is going to siht! - I've studied martial arts and self defence for like 25 years plus, if u need any advice or anything please shout me up as I teach this stuff regularly.
I also add in, navigation on foot, vehicle, push bikes and electric scooter escapes... The IDEA being AWARENESS!
With your what to wear video it might get u some more subs, easy 👍💪👍
Another great video mate 👍
Thanks Paul, cheers mate
FFS we're all dead in the UK if kicks off!!!!!
NO
It's not if its when!
In sweden you are no longer allowed to wear a bulletproof vest. 😢
Thank you for making this video.
Just shows how messed up this country has become that you have to make videos like this. Surprised the government dont make this stuff illegal for civilians.
They did it in Australia and California to an extent, give it time
We don't really NEED this in the UK? And I was moving in fairly shady circles at one point? You have to be careful otherwise you'll be in such a state of concern that you'll end up not being able to leave the house. A certain degree of being careful is good but not if it leads to paranoia.
We be turning into 'batman' before long 😊
I already have mate. Surplus riot gear is a godsend.
@deece1482 then I hope you are putting it to good use lol
Like it. Subbed.👍
Thanks mate, nice one!
We were told that the best thing to stop bleeding out was crisps bags and the like? Large but ultra flexible so you can push down super hard and it will contor to desired shape. A credit car will be ok for a single stab wound but multiples not so much?
Great video mike 👍
Cheers mate, looks like this one is gonna get some decent views too!
@@WeaponCollector hopefully this is going to bring in more subs 🤞
The laws over there are a real bummer. You cant carry a weapon to defend yourself, you guys might as well go back to wearing suits of armor 🤪
Actually, we have the right to bear arms under English Law, but too many here are too dense to bother reading it and would rather believe some foreign turd pretending to be a politician or copper telling them that they can't defend themsleves.
We are legally allowed to wear full plate armour but you may be barred from entering certain premises depending on the landlord or business owner, there are no protections from discrimination for example. But the police cant confiscate it from you unless your proven to be a nuissance pr a dnager to others.
What do you mean ? @@user-ys8pq5vd3s
I’ve heard that a karabiner (a fairly large one) could be innocently carried as an improvised knuckle duster.
Great vid, thanks. Subbed. 👍
How did you get around the laws with not being able to have stuff on the offensive weapons list in your house anymore? Did you destroy it all or are you relying on a research exemption?
Destroyed all my knuckle dusters (cut them up) some other items i had i repurposed to be legal.
@@WeaponCollector a mate had a WW2 issue one that commandos carried. It went in an amnesty box and we was all like "NOOOOOO YOU PRAT ITS ANTIQUE" 😂🤣😂
@@MIFWIC666 oh no, whats a shame, thats gutting isn't it. yeah i got to keep my nice antique sword, but the dusters and a few other modern items i had had to go , too risky sadly
Class might kit myself out
well worth getting some of this gear i reckon Jason.
Neck protection? A vulnerable area. Any ideas?
you can defo get slash resistant neck protection - try this amzn.to/3xb4RHP
if the link doesn't show i've added one to the description for slash resistant neck protection, hope it helps, chain mail could work, but cold and heavy.
@@WeaponCollector Thanks. Will research these. 👍
Simple biro makes good weapon
Absolutely, but also knowing how to use it , it is surprising how many people just freeze up in a situation.
The cheap ones break easily.
I have a massive bunch of keys, I rent out 2 houses so have spares for them, my house, work keys, bottle opener, metal gas meter box key. Altogether weigh a couple of pounds of metal. All have a use which I can prove to the police. Hold on to large split ring and it can be whipped into a face or hand if someone has a knife.
Get some leather Northern Ireland gloves, take out padding, put in sand, stitch up, we had another name for em back in the day( paddy bshrs)
wearing all that just to go get a pint of milk...the world is crazy now.
I had a threat to my safety last year and I wore a lot of this stuff out and about after my house was targeted by 5 lads who waited for me to run out the house after smashing the door window, I thought it might be old scores being settled, turned out they were after next door, they got the wrong house for a drug debt.😅 I wore body armour and bump cap etc under my clothes when out the house until I knew what was going on. I actually wore it to go and get milk
@@stinkersbridge50Do you live in one of the roughest parts of London or Birmingham by any chance?
@@steveclark.. even worse, East lancashire
I am sure it is perfectly legal to wear a full set of 15th century plate armour, but whether it is a good idea for a night out clubbing I have no idea. Out of curiosity what part of the body is most often stabbed during fatal incidents?
id stay standalone level 2 or 3a kevlar is plenty stab proof. not as good as the KR1-KR2 stuff but its absolutely deceptive to say they "arent stab resistant at all" give it a try, its like half an inch of woven plastic.
with a standard knife that is, spikes and the like would go through id think
i have tried it, and i have videos showing it, you show me the videos of you testing it and ill take that on board, but dont claim i'm wrong when i have the evidence on video and you have nothing
Do you please have a link for the gray vest on your bench for £30 pounds, there are so many on the link you have provided some of them are very cheap, I don't want to buy the wrong one, thanks
Motorcycle leathers and cloves and boots
Nice one mate, great ideas.
How can a bullet proof vest not be stab proof too? Whatever material can stop a bullet, I would assume that it could stop the tip of a knife??
Kevlar in bullet resistant vests doesn't stop blades or spikes very well, they go between the layers of the material very easily, (its a known thing).
To stop blades / spikes you need other materials or bullet resistant vests designed to also stop blades, i have videos on this if you need more info.
@@WeaponCollector Thanks, that's very interesting to know.
Kevlar is the material.
@@phubblewubbphubblewubb stab protection often uses other materials as well, sometimes chain mail, steel plates and other things.
Thank you so much for this video , been trying to drag my wife here since it opened, thanks to you she really wants to go now lol 😂
cheers mate, best of luck, and thanks for watching
Haha sorry man this ended up on here from a different video, 🤣 😂 😅
@@andygell1548 haha, i did think it was a bit strange, lol, haha
Yet still a complete gent about it lol 👏 great video though!!
I mean not all bullet resistant vests are not stab proof have you ever tried stabbing through AR 500 steel 😂
what are the sizes for the vests like?
depends where you get them from Gerard, but most places will have as measurement scale, but they are often different depending on where you buy it.
@@WeaponCollector i want to get one but i don't know the right size and i don't have enough money to buy a custom one
@@gerardmcquade9102 have a look about mate, and feel free to send me a link of what you see and I'll see if I can tell the size, or if it's any good, my email is weaponcollector1@aol.co.uk
@@WeaponCollector ok ill do that, thanks Mike

You can use 'reasonable force'. Learn Thai Boxing. End of ;)
Walk around like rob halford. Hell bent for leather.
Avoid all Chinese armour, because it's all junk.
fuck me its chain mail what butchers use !!!!
In a word….a burkha
Can't use any of these as you don't have any rights unless your police, foreign or in parliament, then you can do what ever you like
