Nadia, I'd like to thank you for helping me with my body acceptance. Without you it would not have happened. Thank you! I no longer hate my body. Instead I look after myself. I've started to cook nourishing meals and started exercising because I want to be healthier (diabetes, heart disease, depression, cancer run in my family). Trying to disrupt that vicious cycle and kicking that stinking thinking to the curb. I can't thank you enough. Love you lots. Big hug.
