Year 2274
200 years ago, the solar system was partially destroyed, and rebuilt by a primitive alien creature known as “Eve”. The few humans that survived, had endured for three generations, most of them as prisoners wearing official titles, who’s only purpose is to harvest “GLOW”. An energy source only metabolized by Eve and her synthetic creations, means to generate new artificial planets that serve as farms for GLOW. Necessary process to preserve its existence. Humans call this process, Constelar.

My best attempt after watching twice: Captain Jones no longer wishes to live such a life since he is enslaved. He sends a bomb disguised as his shipment of glow, but it is disarmed before it can destroy the alien robots. He is arrested and somehow uses glow to destroy Eve, and he is killed as well by the explosion. At the end, we see another human that is still alive and appears to be a clone of Captain Jones, whom I presume may now go on with his life as a free person. Am I even close?
I think so, I just made the music for it. but after scoring to picture that was my conclusion also. He either destroys eve or is himself killed, then the clone takes over. Thank you very much for watching and stay safe!

It must be me. the visuals and score were excellent. The score particularly had a "Vangelis/original Bladerunner" vibe that I particularly like. Thing is, I lost the story plot about half way through, and I'm usually pretty good at that. Oh well...

Bladerunner. Yes, thought the same. With origins in film noir.
Yes, several times the melody reflected the "Tears in Rain/Time to Die" sequence from Blade Runner. The visuals seem to allude to a larger sense of time/life lost/wasted, and what turns out to be, ultimately, a futile gesture/ sacrifice that was planned for or foreseen as a probability with contingencies already in place/motion...

This video makes the Borq of Star Trek look like a better option.
If the Humans in this video have even a small hope of eventual freedom? That could balance the scales or make this preferable. Either would suck I guess. Anyway this is a lot of detail for a short film that probably has a really tiny budget compared to Star Trek.

yes i agree. the film should of had a narration at the least. i did suggest it to the guy who made it, but he wasn't interested. So I'm making my own film, hopefully out this weekend coming. Be safe!

The stance of the observer must be to understand. And the wild and unique spinning symbols of the floor as 7:55 with motion to spinning circular (door/temple wall) are
11:00 processional to the jazz flow where everything, while light, form, robot mother, journey......are indeed propelled. As to a Piano base line, hence to the final Lee Daish arraignment (jazz) where as 10 minutes...11 minutes have gone by where I understand a man has walked, has attempted some real mode of effortless goal.
Constelar in the end had the place where I was wrapped in salt Jazz, with no memory reference in places along that journey. What stirred something of emote,
place, caravan motion plane as box traffic, events...were inaccessible but clearly alive in dream state. I am remarking, I did wake....but just at the eyes open
place....I want more Jazz. I want to go back to San Francisco memory. My place is to live reminded my suit scratched and coffee has steam. M.

@@leedaish In fact I have become a huge fan. Where, in part, I understand the currency as writing, storyboard and score. I have a script as:
"Carbon Vista", in draft form. And indeed, explore my vision as future domain in world and struggle. An environment to a "seam" of light vs dark at environment and where mining scoops out effortless void with curious H3 hydro elements and people struggle.
Thus, I hope an interested observer, rather cheering the exploration, you see. And just maybe, where music is a vital force to my life. So,
where I named your work flow as "salt Jazz"....that may have ignored "Sugar...or equip me Bflat baby now ". M.

Synthetic film looks like a game engine to me.
I didn't make the film. I'm a composer, I just made the score music. The film was made with blender which is animation software not a game engine

Reminds me of Hans Zimmer's work on Blade runner 2049. Did i hear a nod to Jean Michel Jarre's 'Final Rendezvous' (Ron's piece) in the sax' at 11:00 - 12:00? Or just a coincidence?

@@leedaish It struck me because the saxophone solo in 'Final Rendezvous', from the 1986 album 'Rendezvous' was originally planned to be recorded by the astronaut Ron McNair whilst in orbit on the space shuttle Challenger. Tragically this never happened because of the awful course of events of that shuttle mission. I recommend a listen. Thanks for your response.
