Happy 4th guys 🇺🇸🥂. It's to bad that we can no longer bring a portable steamer. Now I just give them everything on our first day so they can press all of my clothes for the week.😊

It’s sad to see the effect of the cuts. I had a great cruise on the Getaway last September and a transatlantic on the Gem in December. Service was wonderful. It does not seem to be the same now. 😢

Kevin, a little advice for future cruises: When they do not return my pants when they say they will, I go to the Buffet pantless...you should see how quick they find my pants!! 🐸
Believe it or not, I want to guest services in my boxers. They were not amused. Still took a full day more to find my cloths.

They lost my laundry bag for 3 days.
ncl left us sitting in heathrow with no0 rep to meet us ,two from alanta and family of four , called and no help from ncl we all had to find our way to kickwall on our own to board ship no help from ncl even though everything was booked though them,staff overworked and food in main dining room was excelent along with staff ,ribeye in cagneys was nota ribeye and pretty low quility they will not be getting our money again also we found out they left 28 souls that never madethe ship again webooked everything with ncl so on our way with holland america we ,cruised ncl after watching your vidieos thanks everthing looks better on hal butwewill see like you guys
We booked our airfare with NCL for this last group cruise....there was no part of that booking that included any NCL Rep meeting anyone at the airport to provide transportation to the ship. We have seen this years prior, with many cruise lines. Was that part of your NCL airfare booking ???
My advice is cruise with a different cruise line, one that actually cares about their cruisers.
NCL used to do a really good job. I noticed a severe lack of service though during this cruise. It was the first cruise I have been on since covid. Hoping that all the lines haven’t cut back like NCL did.
