I have had squirrel friends. They are so smart and entertaining. They love human attention. This lady and her squirrel baby obviously LOVE each other. To think that this baby would not have survived without this sweet lady is a sobering thought. Instead she has the best life ever.

We found a baby at the base of a tree after a thunderstorm eyes closed no fur size of my thumb - raised her up to adult size and did a soft release - we moved and we really miss her - your baby won the lottery - you've done a fabulous job - Thanks.

Surprisingly, it's about the same as a cat. In the wild they live about 12 years but in captivity they lie up to 20 years.

She looks very happy and content. We grew up thinking how gross squirrels are, that they are rodents, full of diseases, but they’re actually the opposite. They’re smart, lovable, and who knows they may want to live in a house rather then fighting for their lives every day. I’d love to help one out one day. They’re just so sweet.

I rescued a baby squirrel from a downspout that he was stuck in. I took him home, and we fed and loved him from when his torso was 5 1/2 " long from nose to bum until 7 1/2 ". We let him go in a closeby park with lots of other squirrels in it. I fill a water bowl there, and leave walnuts in the shell for them. There are many walnut and oak trees for them. Aarre Peltomaa

Misunderstood little beautys I love them sadly here in England there deemed as invasive vermin which is rich coming from humans I don't think there's ever been a more invasive animal then us. I always feed the squirrels in the park every morning they are waiting on the bench and they sit on my shoulders mess my hats up while scoffing on nuts. I always give them extra building up to winter. This beautiful squirrel in the video melts my heart ❤️

Some people get all.... well... (sorry in advance).. SQUIRRELLY about certain animals not being returned to the wild.
