Jay is always a class act. Trying to help small American automotive companies get some exposure they need to really get rolling!! Thanks Jay!
Money talks...
I watched this video yesterday. Just now, I remembered the video and wanted to watch it again. Normally I save the videos I like, but for some reason I failed to save this one. So I went to my "History" and as I was looking for it, I thought, when I find it and watch it again, I'm going to leave a comment regarding Jay, aside from any reference to the product or video. The above comment by DANNY RUMBLES is equal to or better than anything I could have written.
From DANNY RUMBLES: Quote: "Jay is always a class act. Trying to help small American automotive companies get some exposure they need to really get rolling!! Thanks Jay! " UnQuote.
JAY Says: Quote: " ...and you guys, an American Company, which is important to us, and it's a small company... we like to do that here at the website, we like to help out small companies that are trying to get a foothold in the automotive industry... etc " UnQuote.
Yep! "Jay IS a Class Act"! Makes me proud to be an American.
Thanks Jay!

You are thanking Jay for showing you some bs.
@@blackericdenice , if it was your company and Jay Leno was helping you promote it, how would you feel about the opportunity? Nano lubrication is for real.
@@charger19691 I'm not a con. I would not create a real company to sell a fake product. Nano lubrication is about as real as upper cylinder lubrication. Companies create problem that don't exist to sell stuff you don't need.
I used Archoil AR 9100 friction modifier in my 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix GXP and it immediately ran and sounded brand new, it(LS4) has ninety thousand miles on it. Archoil totally awesome!
Boron based additives were used for military tanks in the Iraq War back in the 90's . Engines performed unbelievably well in all that sand ... Boron protected the components ..
After using the product for a couple of years now the 9100 oil additive has really come through. I change the oil on my weekend cars once a year whether it needs it or not. After sending the oil out to be analyzed I was told I could probably change the oil every two years. I’m happy with one year but this is a great product! Thank you Mr. Leno, for the information on a great American company everyone can trust!
Thank you for the information. I have been using this product and right now have a year and 9 months (but low miles) since the last oil change. My concerns are eased now.
I love how Jay is bringing in smaller American companies onto his web series. Learning about some great products I had never heard of before.
I am sold!. I put AR9100 in my 6.0 liter Ford diesel truck oil and it fixed the sticky injectors almost immediately. Been driving it a couple months now and still running like new. An additive that really works? Yup!
Chris Alexandre isn't 9100 oil additive? If you added it to oil then how it cured your injectors ?
pabllok I am no expert on it but basically the injectors in the 7.3 and 6.0 power stroke engines operate on high pressure oil from the engine. The oil makes the injectors fire. There's an issue with these trucks called stiction as they age the injectors won't fire properly. This product is known to solve this issue.
Luke Grady you are right, I educated myself a bit..
I mixed it 50% with my coolant and now my transmission shift much smoother with old 250KMi ATF.
it drives great, in my dreams - LOL.
Boron additives in thick W60 oil grade are older than my grand mother.
I used the fuel stabilizer, AR6200, with regular gasoline that had stood in a 21 year old van that had been unused for over 2 years. After 10 minutes of engine run time, it totally smoothed out and ran great. Just for fun, we took it directly to a California smog check facility, IT PASSED with flying colors! Your mileage may vary, but I am totally sold on the product.
Karabetter Maybe there was a exhaust leak too. But it probably is still a great product.
Jay, thanks for showing us these domestic manufacturers of great products. Promoting the small guy is awesome, thanks Jay.
This guy is full of shizzle and Jay is getting a fat check to advertise.
Clemson university working with a chemist in the nineties developed/discovered a carbon ball , it was called a Bucky ball because it looked like a geodesic dome [buckminster fuller] I was told you could put a thousand on the head of a straight pin. This has been used in the aerospace industry, but it is very expensive. The most efficient lubricant known. Pure carbon.
I personally used Archoil! Really made a difference in my automobiles, Great 👍 automotive product!
One of the reasons I subscribed to you is your channel is a GREAT place to learn things, Thank you Jay for this !
Jay! Thank's for the Introduction to Archoil fantastic stuff!
Nice video... He was really nervous and Jay asked good questions and made him feel really comfortable.....
This stuff is well worth it . It works best in diesels with high presser oil systems that fire the fuel injector.
Thank you Jay for sharing that valuable information! I think you're great! Keep up the good work.
I love Jay's sound effects, he is so good at it!
Archoil oil additive saved me 3grand by fixing the stiction problem in my injectors in my 6.0 powerstroke. I run the fuel additive now also
Decided to try the AR9100 on a 2018 2.7 ecoboost f150. Worked amazing on quieting the idle (especially on cold start) as well as the transfer case. Used to be loud as heck when shifting between modes and its amazing now. The fuel mix runs great in older cars too like my old jeep with a carb.
That was interesting and informative. Thank you Mr. Leno.
I love your demos of American products. Especially when they are as great as this one. Don't stop.
Just what my cam has been begging for! Can't wait to get some of this stuff!
Thanks for bringing this product into the light of day! I going to try it.
I am from Iceland, I am happy to see these episodes. Found this I think 2 days ago and seen many vids. TY.
Very good video Jay, I've been looking for different products when I was changing the oils in my 87 Grand National.
Really a real constructive as well as a fully gratifying platform for All of us car guys and gals who truly love taking care of our 2nd home(Cars,Trucks, boats or planes or cycles).Getting that "after market performance thrill" is something(Like making love)...Always no matter how frequent we're blessed to experience it..Great job as Always Jay and Guest..Performance at its best is Always a Good Thing.
Need more stuff like this Jay. Love it
I bought a couple of bottles of the fuel treatment. It has totally solved the chain saw, weed trimmer problem of sitting and not being started for a long time. My chain saw hadn't been used in a year or so. I checked the fuel and bar oil level and choked the carb, pulled the starter rope and the 3rd pull it started. Cut the fallen trim limb and put her back on the shelf. Oh and I use it in my airplane fuel too!
Thank you for sharing Jay, great video!
Nice to see this. Been using both the oil and fuel additive for a couple years in my diesel pickup.
Thank you Jay for sharing all of your vehicles for those of us who cant afford to experience the awesome cars of the world.
Great informative video. Thank You
Another awesome video. I wonder if it would help my 2013 civic si
Yep, used the Friction modifier in my 06 6.0 F350…made it run like it hasn’t in years!
I am a bottom end man on a Top Fuel Dragster. We had bearing problems, that only Arch oil could fix. Our engines make approximately 10,000 HP. The problem was fixed immediately! I am also a diesel mechanic, and have had outstanding results, with their products!!
hellriderduster try ZX1. It's been in the U.K. for twenty years and used extensively by the British army and has a NATO stick number.
Archoil - They've just added zx1 to a bulking agent!
The sheer size and scale of Jays garage is mind boggling he can literally fabricate and produce any kind of part with 3d printing full CNC machine and any possible method you can imagine to fix cars, steam engines, motorcycles and electric hybrid cars they can do it all and he is a multi millionaire many times over I like Jay.
Hi Jay I'm a trucker from Canada I used the arch oil in.my semi( peterbilt with a 3406E Caterpillar diesel) this stuff worked so good at cleaning crud out of oil side of engine I forgot to change my oil filter and suddenly lost oil pressure as soon as I replaced oil filter oil pressure returned.i pull top valve covers to find black gelatin type stuff we mopped up with rags ad much as we could then used air to blow the rest out.shes been fine.ill be getting more and doing it again but will change the filter several times to prevent that crud that came from the internals full of carbon.
Not only he has fantastic cars in the garage he's very educational is well. I like that Mr Leno.
Thanks for bringing us another great American product, can't wait to try it.
Outstanding info. Also, ....Twenty-mule teams were teams of eighteen mules and two horses attached to large wagons that ferried "borax" out of Death Valley from 1883 to 1889, and later came the soap. Yaeee Hawww ! Jay has some cool stuff ;-)
Thanks Jay! I can really use the Combustion Catalyst.
Good stuff Jay!!!
I am totally going to get this stuff. Did the research. The science is solid. Exactly what I've been looking for... no... Better! I'm off to Amazon!
👍👍👍way to go Jay keep America first
Cool Video Jay . Miss ya on Late Night Tv No comparison to what we have now . You Rocked It ! Thanks
I first heard about archoil when buying emf TRE's I didn't buy any because of the written product description... But after hearing Tim talk about it all, i would have no problems buying their additives in the future.
I use this company's gun oil products. I use their CLP for cleaning, which has tungsten disulfide AKA ws2 and I use their gun oil which also has ws2 in it. The gun oil is Archoil 4400 LP. Very slick.
Sounds good... I'll give it a try... Thanks...
So it works like StaBil with all the added lube qualities too! GREAT!
Thanks Jay gonna get some of this!
Nice one Jay, helping out the smaller business.
Used both products for a couple of years and they work great!
Why did you stop using it, may I ask?
I have used allot of Oil brands over the years, additives too. I use Amsoil for almost everything in my vehicle's and for general stuff around the house. I have tried a few of the Friction modifiers but I'm always curious about Finding a synthetic friction modifier that won't break down or oxidize.
I would love to hang out and talk about cars with Jay. He seems super cool.
Used to put that stuff on my old Ford idi it works good
Can't wait to try this stuff out on my cranks and cams that have been sitting out in the garage.
Jay I have a 2001 Miata with 108,000 miles on it. Recently I read up on nano lubricants and additives . The one that impressed me the most is TriboTEX. I added it to my Miata about 200 miles ago and saw some impressive results. Miata engines can become a bit noisy. I think this is due to the solid lifters. This additive caused my engine to quiet down a good amount. It idles smoother ans the literature supports the facts that this stuff is working it's way into worn areas of the engine. It is cost effective in that it only needs to be added every 40,000 miles or so. Contact these guys and get some samples. Add it to an engine with 100,000 miles or so. See what you think. I especially like the fact that I could hear and feel my engine run better.
I love stuff like this!
you're the man Jay Leno!
Thanks, great video. A real scientist gives me some expectation that this stuff is not just snake oil.
"I'm throwing matches down there" AHAHAHAHA Jay you're funny as hell..
I love their proactive synergy
Wow oh wow, this stuff really works!!! I added the archoil to my synthetic oil in my 3.6 engine, went from 22 mpg to 25.1. Oh yeah, this is a four wheel drive.
yee right, check this out?
People all friction modifiers work, but till they are tested and lab results provided in the real world ie: test it in modern cars with very hi tolerances and then the oil used is sent to a lab ,to show what metal particles is present and other chemical reactions in the oils used then trust them, if they do not do real word test forget it, its like any other snake oil out there people and that's is the real truth, until they use the real various oil testing as per ASTM friction modifiers and class them as such, then trust them, like wynn's friction products who i used to work for and the companies that used their industrial divisions friction modifiers in multi million dollar machines, like printing machines mining industries who will do anything to have a real good preventive maintenance program and most importantly the oils they use and lab tests done on those oils based on ASTM standards is the only way to test these snake oil products and until they do, then trust them. cheers:)
Can you talk about oil change intervals on rarely-driven vehicles? Oil oxidizes and degrades over time, even when the vehicle is not driven. What types of oils do you use, and how do you determine when to change them?
Looks good Jay, but how well it work in our Favorite Car the Model T Ford with it's wet multi disc clutch and bands. Will the clutch start slipping ? In the paste T'ers had problems with syn.oils . the rest of the stuff looks real good for the hobby. Thanks for the presentation. George n L.A.
Great job Jay. Let's keep the jobs in North America.
romeo serban
Says the people who drive imports 😂
Then forget it.
I love extreme lubrication challenges !
looks awesome
Would be interesting to see video demonstrating how it stabilizes old fuel and brings back its volatility as Tim from archoil said. That would sell alot of people!
Jay Leno is the man.. I throwing matches down there.. nothing... couldn't stop laughing
great product
The problem with modern oils is the levels of detergent in them!! You can take a modern multi viscosity oil and add as much zink as you want but the detergent keeps the ZDDP suspended in the oil because the detergent is a dispersant and will not let anything adhere to the friction and wear surfaces !!! This archoil is great stuff! It smells like corn husk. To combat the flattening of a flat tapped cam . All you have to do is break it in with a non detergent STRAIGHT WEIGHT oil with a zink additive!!💪🏼 modern over the shelf oil is not formulated to combat friction and wear first and fore most but to help the emission system and GPM of your vehicle . Protection is trumped by other requirements .
Mr. Leno : Thank you. The second take I took of this video was great. Wow ! ; concentrate . 😎 Bryan.
+ I , remember your car joke ; A, Buick International Roadmaster a big (I-beam) on wheels.
I , always wanted, a 1950 Delta 88 Rocket engine car. A, set of trio - carbs & 500 cu. in. block. Thought , put 3 Fish - carb's on top from Mr. Michael Brown.
Fascinating!
Ooo! A MoPar in the background. ;) Looks like a great product. ;)
It's great you are giving the little guy a big stage:)
Is this safe to use in the crankcase of a tight tolerance 4 banger motor like a Honda Accord?
Can you use it for mixing gas and oil on a 2stroke?
@jayleno howd that generator turn out? I LITERALLY HAVE THE SAME ISSUE!!!
I love these vids. and on a side note----NBC IS GOING TO MISS HIM GREATLY--WAIT AND SEE!!!!!!!
Cool products, nice guy!
So, is this what the SAE used to call "lamellar solid lubricant", such as molybdenum disulfide? And is there a break-in period before this can be used?
This is a real good information.... but I wish you would list their website in the description.... thank you a bunch....
Can i add this to my amsoil oil on my engine?
lol jay just described 99 percent of the people "hey if i use it straight up it will be more powerful"
yeah, that be me lol!
Like the bozos who paid NO attention in chemistry class and think if 50/50 antifreeze / anti-boil is good, pure at twice the price must be better. (You get what you pay for, right?) Wrong! ONLY when you ADD water, does cooling maximize! ,
can the archoil fuel treatment be used instead of lead additive?
I just put Archoil 6400 Diesel injector cleaner in my truck today based on good 1st hand recommendations. They say if your mileage is down it will bring it back
Archoil products are supeb!!
I got a C4 Corvette that has been almost fully restored, and it sits in my garage for months at a time. What gas, transmission, and oil products of yous do you recommend?
might have to try some for a gas stabilizer, i didn't know gas was getting so crappy from the stations these days.
what I dont understand about the products here is what he said about the stabilizer, so use two loads for the first load, then stick to the one quart per 20 gallons deal, and what happens if you go over the recommended load?
and zinc was in the oil back then, so in addition to the lead that protected the valves and valve seals, their was zinc in the oil to protect the cams?
so for older cars that's not just to protect the engine during break in, you need that all around all the time basically, even if you have the switch to unleaded conversion for the valves?
and would this apply to any cars made in the 1980's, like a 1981 Corvette C3?
and also Jay my advice with the generator is to switch over to a natural gas one
as that means you wont have to get gas at the pump for it to run or have to go out in to start the thing in the night, plus I believe its abit quieter than the gas one.
also, stabil 360 i can guarantee will outperform archoil in fuel stabilizers due to it's anti corrosion vapor that is released and it contains detergents and petroleum distillates to fight corrosion due to ethanol phase separation.
Way to go Jay
You can use additives with a wet clutch, I'm using additives with my motorcycles for a long time.
This stuff is the power stroke cure!! Or any high pressure oil injection system
Smart guy - great products!
I just love leno
oh well jay; I tried this stuff in my 48 chrysler T&C straight 8. I found no difference in the engine at all. It sounds the same as before with just straight motor oil. At least it was expensive!
ZDDP is not a lubricant. It is called a anti-wear additive for high pressure contact points like flat for tappet lifters. It actually makes oils lubricity worse.
Do any of these products apply to diesel engines?
I use bestline may give this stuff a try though.
