    Our diet, I believe, is the biggest factor in our health and mental wellbeing that we can control. I radically changed my diet 16 months ago and I've changed my life, my happiness, my health, and my outlook on life almost completely. I've also become a better hunter and outdoorsman because of the abundance of energy and lack of brain fog I now have. Foods will affect you in ways you would not believe, especially refined and processed food like products and carbohydrates/sugars. Run far away from those.
