I also wish this was on PC so preservation could be easier. Second hand Physical games are going up in price. This game could be unobtainable in the future :(

To be fair, LP&BP had a designated "hold hands" button.
It might be hard for *most things* to be cuter than that.
The story tease that you might have to slay this dragon seems almost too simplistic to be true -- but still guaranteed to be emotional regardless of what actually happens.
I was constantly smiling throughout this trailer, it's so darn cute.

The minute I saw her hug that dragon, I immediately ordered a copy. This looks so good, I can’t wait for it to come in so I can play it.

Already preordered it. I'm so happy they decided to release a physical version in my country this time around. If they wouldn't go so extremely overpriced on ebay, I'd have imported "The Liar Princess and The Blind Prince" also physical. Loved that game lots for how much the art, music and story captured me. To people who are interested, said game was a platformer with a picture-book-esque aesthetic akin to how this RPG here looks. In it you guided a helpless character through various dangers but it was laid back and more focussed on simpler puzzles. The presentation made it very enjoyable and relaxing.
That said, I already enjoy the character designs of the hero girl and the Dragon who seems to be their foster parent and just wishes to make their child the happiest possible by fulfilling their wish to going down into history as a hero. Hmm...perhaps has something to do with how they met that the Dragon wants to sacrifice their life if necessary. They probably carry a heavy guilt or something. Ah, I am already looking forward to this playable fairy tale.
I’m pretty sure I’m like one of the only people who played and beat The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince and this is made by the same people. It looks really good honestly.

Bought the blind prince and the liar princess on a whim when it came out cause i liked the art style. But it was a great game and the story was fun.
"behind every children's song lies an ancient and savage truth". I kinda like their style cause its a nice take on that concept. Childishly idealist and simple to understand, yet emotionally brutal.
Will get this one as well, i was pleasantly surprised last time.

Around one year ago I found out about this game through the Japanese trailer, and oh boy I'm so happy it released in the West so soon. I don't have a console yet but I just can't recommend it enough, it looks fantastic!
Also does anyone notice that the Dragon is hiding behind the grass to light the little hero sword.^_^ It is cute touch.

I just played The Liar Princess and The Blind Prince, my timing is incredible, happens everytime.
I recognized it immediately as the art style from “The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince” and gosh this seems like so much fun!!! If they don’t make the ending some how happy I’m gonna be crying don’t do this to us!!!
I’m 7 hours into the game and so far i’m loving every single moment. Enemies spawn every 10-20 steps but you can either end their misery to gain exp or run away. Exploring every part of map pays off at the end, especially when you get gear. It also has nice little details to whats happening in-game so you’ll have a blast playing it. Chapter 4 as of yet and i’ve laughed anc cried so far. Yuu, our little heroine, is so adorable.
This game is so adorable and emotional that I want to play it.

Is this a sequel to that Blind Prince and Wolf game? Forgot the title, but it involved a prince blinded by a wolf, a liar, and a wolf that accidentally blinded the prince as the theme of the story.

Liar Princess and Blind Prince was a fun time and a really good story, this looks like it’ll be great too and I’m excited to play more from these people. Cant wait to cry again
From what i understand, this is the story.
The Cruel King and the Great Hero fought.
The Cruel king lost (has a broken horn) and the Great Hero showed mercy.
Perhaps the country didn't like the Great Hero not killing the Cruel King and attack him (the reason the Graet Hero is injured)
The Great Hero ask the Cruel King to take care of the child (the Great Hero is dying).
The Cruel King promise to take care of the child.
The child likes the story of "The Curl King and the Great Hero" and wants to become a hero.
The Cruel King wants to help the child and give support from the shadows.
Know the consequence of helping the child (the child will defeat the Cruel King in order to become a hero).

this will most likely be simular to another game they made called "The Liar Princess and the Blind Prince" a very Emotional game to say the least
This game looks amazing and it literally got revealed the moment i was looking for a new switch game that wasn't Kirby and the Forgotten Land.
Also i guess this is gonna be how i make up for not playing The Blind Prince and The Liar Princess like i told myself i would huh.
