If you are in the market for a pair of hunting binoculars the Vortex Diamondback HD 10x42 are hard to beat. Just about anybody can afford them as well as pick them up and use them. Even If your a beginner just like me. They are lightweight have a really nice rubber grip texture to them. Vortex also has an outstanding warranty. A lot of good things going for these Binos. If your a hunter or not these can handle just about anything!

Those extra straps on the full back harness mount to the binoculars the same way the neck strap harness does. You don’t need both harnesses.

I just watched this video and also noticed he was using the neck strap but I guess you won me to the comment already to let him know he can connect them directly to the chest harness as well. Good looking out.

Yes Dan, I agree it matters alot to some of us-me for sure-but are you aware of any USA-made binoculars that are pretty good quality for less than $500 (> twice the price of these)?
I’m looking but haven’t found any yet. Also agree it’s a helpful review.

They are made in the Philippines, not China.
