I tried using it first time but i got strange looks so I must be doing something wrong
When you "put it all together" the angle of your torso never changes. You don't access your core
as someone who rows for sport I was looking at this and thinking "dang my coach would scream at me if I rowed like this"
Please give your 2 cents.... How to do it properly or what did your coach teach... ?

I don't even row and this guy's is off.
I only use a C2 for fitness but have to agree with you..... cringe worthy...Exactly how most gym rats use them.

@@chandamamakathalu9489 I suggest you reach out more at the catch which is where you're fully tucked in position. keep your hands on the very end of the handles. this guy is correct with everything but form. he's not leaning back far enough and he's not reaching forward at the catch. also he's pulling himself forward into the next stroke, you want to let the handle pull you forward going in, just relax as you go in and push off hard with your legs as you go for the stroke
Does it help with stomach fat
Iâm obese I row for 30 to 40 min a day I have a stomach I been rowing for about 3 weeks now I wore a pair of jeans yesterday to work size 22 I kept having to pull my pants up around my waist Iâm now in a size 20. I can say for me I believe it is helping with my mid section Iâm also watching how I eat as well I hope this helps Joey always be cautious on your form itâs really detrimental using this machine I hope your helps youâ€â€â€â€â€
At some point Iâm going to race someone who mastered the rower from this, so Iâm going to say thatâs perfect! Crack on!
Bro needs to work on his forward head posture and make sure heâs stacked head, shoulders, stomach, and hips in a vertical line with a slight natural S curve to the spine instead of the C shape he has going on and make sure the foot size on the machine is set large enough so his knees arenât coming above his arms on the return
This is not good form. The order is correct but you shouldnât do them all at the same time. It should be more individual.

Please Note:
Your body should be in Tarso angle-tight you core! Straight back! No bending or hump!
And your body should be I n 11:00 Oâclock at PULL and 1:00 Oâlock at recovery!!!
I'm fu lad I bought a magnetic rowing machine... That sh*t is loud AF.

1.-That exercise is belly button area
2.-do the same at shoulder level
3.-do the same at face or head(better)level
âŠâŠâŠ10 to 20 times each for a nice pulling
