Could have been a succesor to Costa if only he got game time. Letting Costa go though is forever one of the biggest mistakes we ever made
I don't know what's to batshuayi he seemed like a handy player back then. Now he can't even score from close range against Manchester United. I don't know whether he lost his hunger and desire for football because of the big wages he getting from the club. But he really gone downhill for a player of his standards.

My favourite part of this is Fabio Borini at 4:43. He only spent a few years at Chelsea as a youngster but it is clear to see the impact that Terry made on him by his struggle to contain his emotions. It’s just a small moment, but it goes to show how much Terry meant to everyone at the club, even those who rarely played for the first team 💙

Arsenal fan here, John Terry is the best defender I’ve watched. For not being quick he was rarely ever chasing or out of position. In my opinion the smartest defender of his generation. Also seemed to score so often. A born leader. No issue admitting it, he’s up there imo with the best ever, imo he is quite possibly the best ever defender.
