    Nadia had it all on the surface. A thriving career, supportive relationships, the gold star of "adulting" firmly secured. Yet, a nagging emptiness echoed within her. Therapy sessions offered intellectual understanding of her past traumas, but the "why" behind her struggles felt like a distant memory. It was a hollowness that resonated loudest in quiet moments, a suffocating doubt that choked her ambitions. One workshop, however, promised a different path. Dr. Gabor Maté, a renowned therapist, spoke of compassionate inquiry, a method that bypassed the endless mental dissection and focused on the wisdom held within the body. Skeptical yet desperate, Nadia embarked on a journey inward, a quest to unearth the root of her emptiness and unlock the key to true healing.
    Why ‘inside serene’? The idea of ‘inside’ is to navigate and dig deeper into what can human change to accumulate serendipity of thoughts that will help us mentally sync to a healthier, better and more in control of our thoughts.
    Being mentally fit means having the skills to handle stress, think clearly and make good decisions, communicate effectively, and regulate one's emotions in appropriate ways.

There are many ways to improve and maintain mental fitness, such as getting regular exercise, practising mindfulness, and seeking support from others. Inside Serene's goal is to build a community of mental support regardless of your colour or religion. We are ONE!
    Practising self-care and self-love enables us to give back and love others. I need your support to clean our social environment of toxic people and become a more responsible content creator.

    After many of Gabor Mate's videos I ask myself: How does it work to be authentic and at the same time trust one's own feelings and not judge them as toxic or somehow coming from some old trauma, so that one doubts if one's own feelings are true and relevant in the present? What is the right and authentic way to express feelings without creating new dramas?

      I'm asking this now. And there is away its taken me along time to learn all the ways I'm acting out of trauma or what I've recently learned cognitive distortions most people work from and once you identify them tou learn it comes from truama. One massive thing also is the fight or flightresponse prolonged response breeds lower vibrational emotions or energy rest and digest states of emotional vibrations are high also the locations in the body where you experience the energy is a good indication but you first need to attune yourself to your body, vent the stored emotions and learn to listen to your current ones it takes time once the connection is made your realise your experinces and your emotions align with your core healthy values and beliefs and your life will reflect this in comes into alignment or balance
