How Crispy Duck is Made by Chef (Fried duck)

Fried duck
Duck (1)
Coca cola (300mL)
Sesame oil (5 tablespoons)
Sea salt (5 tablespoons)
Spring onion (3)
Ginger (0.1kg)
Steam for 40 mins
Cool it down for 10 mins
Dry steam
Unboiled/raw tea (0.2kg)
Anise (0.1kg)
Pandan leaves (1 bowl)
Brown sugar (1 bowl)
Steam it for 20 mins
Deep-fry it in soybean oil
Pour the oil until it fully covers the duck
