    Nice! Have you considered trying vacuum distillation? Without air and other gases in the way, the distillation can be powered by easily created temperature differences, cooling down the condenser with cool water or evaporative cooling, and or just placing the boiler in the sun a sunny day, and the condenser in the shadow. Obviously the system needs to be closed, which means a collector for the condensate that also can stand vacuum is needed, but that can also double as a condenser.

      That is a great idea! I hadn't considered for this implementation (though I was thinking about something along those lines for an AC unit). I may have to make another modification... Thanks for the tip, and for watching :)
