Climbing is very often perceived as a super-powerful sport. This is true on the high-end level climbing, but it is less true especially for beginners. Let's look at the tips that Adam gives Ondra who has just started climbing. Ondra gets tips in order to get the piece of rock with minimum effort and power. Watch until the end to see Ondra's struggle!
Note: Both Adam and Ondra can be first names in Czech language. Ondra's equivalent is Andrew in English.

This Ondra guy has some potential, he should try climbing competitions. Maybe Adam can coach him.
yea something tells me he would be pretty good.
This is getting out of hand. Now there are two of them!

200.000 units are ready, with a million more well on the way
Don’t worry... my apprentice Stephano Ghisolfi will handle them...
With the third batch they are going to be yellow and shaped like a pill.
Imagine climbing minions 😂
Always two there are, a master and an apprentice
The prequel memes in this thread have me dying.

ahahah!
just in time :O
That Ondra guy looks like he has some good neck genetics for this
This is just infinite meme potential.
Yeeeees
you guys did such a good job. it was so funny to see Ondra putting all his mind into climbing like a beginner. thanks for the tips, Adam :)
Ondra is a noob. I'm here for Adams advice.
This is hilarious 😂 he is only getting more creative and comfortable being himself - but now we have to just decide which Adam Ondra is better LOL
The one who eats chalck (I LOLed hard on ths). Of course he is the one.
For those who don't know, the name "Ondra" is the czech version of "Andrew"
Wow Mind blowing
He shall now be known as Adam Andrew!
Not Andrew, but something like "Andy"
Ondrej not Ondra
I'm not a climber, but sometimes climbing videos will pop up in my feed and I'll watch them for fun. Hearing his advice made me think for the first time, "Huh, maybe I should give climbing a try."
Ondra meets Adam... Scenario is just perfect 😁
In Czech sounds even better, cos Ondra is also first name here, it is a familiar way to call Andrew, means something like "Andy".
@@wolftree9668 Thanks for the explain 😉
automatic subtitles- Andhra :D
This is the most cute climbing tutorial ever ! Thanks to Adam and Ondra ;)
"thats what i call close relationship with the rock" ;-)
wait for real plate climbing, where you start really beiing intimate with the wall.
Such a bad pun XD XD
@@dvybeyond nope. It's reality...
i wanna see the bloopers :D
It's not named explicitly in the video, but I finally learned what an auto-belay is.
haha seeing adam on top rope is hilarious
I know some climbers with 1% of his skill who wouldn't go on a top rope to save their lives. It's actually refreshing to see one of the world's best climbers not take himself too seriously.
Adam wasn't on top rope it was ondra, did you even watch the video?
To be at the top and to keep having consideration to the base is probably the biggest skill ever, thank you !
I think I enjoy these videos much more than you enjoy creating them! Always looking forward to the next episode with so much glee! Y’all always put out beautifully shot and edited content, you’re far and away one of the best channels on CZcams! You have no idea how much the community appreciates all your teams work, especially in a time when most gyms and crags are closed... you’re keeping us sane Adam!!!
I just gotta comment and say this is probably one of my most favorite climbing vids in like 10 years of watching them. So tickled at the end when Adam is coaching Ondra through the route XD
Magnus cant live without chalk. Adam eats it. Damn these climbers have a serious chalk problem :D
No, it was actually Ondra who ate the chalk. Don't confuse them, they look similar.
@@Osmosium2507 Mb. What a rookie mistake
@@Bjoern278 Its okay, thats why you are here watching this video
The worst case is when they sniff it😆
@@eliasstenbraten6342 lmfao
I wasn't expecting double Adam🤣
Amazing video as usual!!
Adam: Shoes have to be comfortabel.
Also Adam: Needs plastic to get into shoes
;-)
also Adam: climbs in sneakers...
Comfortabel lmao 😂
@@hbdc6957 this is adam english - dunno what ondra speaks ;-)
AlpenAcademy - Bergsport für Anfänger! i think he's czech
This Ondra guy has some potential, he should try climbing competitions. Maybe Adam can coach him.
I can't find a partner right now to climb. Apparently I need to clone myself somehow. Nice tip Adam! :D
That eating of chalk and shaking of the forearms killed me :-DDD
I liked the humour in this vid, cool to see
Really wonderful video. You're certainly inspiring a new generation of climbers!
Thank you so much for this video, both of you ! The facial expressions and the acting of Ondra are H I L A R I O U S 🤣! Adam did a great job as teacher, too. Ondra climbed so well in his first session 😉!
Adam is so wholesome! Great video again!
Emulation of "bad climber" is just so perfect ... I just see myself (on very same rock) two weeks ago :D
The way he says comfortable makes me smile every time
I loved this new concept. You are always changing and that makes it so dynamic (Like your climbing). Thank you for these videos. Always a great way to relax on a Monday.
Well after 4 months away from climbing coz of lockdown, I feel that we all need this :) And even if you were climbing....it's Adam, so you definitely need this!
God it was so frustrating to watch Adam teach Adam how to climb. I mean it’s almost like Adam had to go step by step telling Adam what to do, even after already telling Adam everything he has to keep in mind! Anyways, thank goodness Adam was so patient when dealing with someone as inept and untalented as adam
Not everyone is born with talent, with hard work he will get bettet than even the most talented people and when you are in hard stressful situation it is hard to recall all 11 tips and use it efficiently in an instant. Be more tolerant with adam and others
Stunning idea Adam! And really very funny to see 😃 you’re a simply graet teacher 👨🏫 and nice job camera/film making side!
It’s been 4 years and I still can’t get enough of videos like these
Great video Adam and Ondra! It's always nice having videos like this to show friends who are learning.
This video is going to be a classic in the future
Haha so hilarious! Ondra really made some progress with your tips, Adam. These are all the things I've been telling my beginner friend.
2 years ito cimbing and following you Adam! i always enjoy to see you give tips and advices in tour videos! can't wait to see some "advanced" climbing tips!:)
It's nice to see that you're starting to actually enjoy it a lot! We feel it, and it's fun watching it!
Lots of fun the way it was presented and good useful information! Thanks!
Hey, I love your videos and was wondering if you could make one on what you do for physical and mental warmup before climbing. I don't think you take suggestions for videos but thought i'd ask.
Really impressive video! Well done Adam and your whole team! You explain things so well, and so clearly. Also, I love the message you always put at the beginning. My favourite tips were 4, 7 and 9. Děkuji! :)
Good sense of humor. Wonderful attitude and of course, great lessons
Super video, díky za titulky 👍👍👍
Adam's tips to ondra: Scream as loud as you can
Such a great video! Well done Adam and thanks for the tips
OMG I laughed SO MUCH on this video!!! When he ate the chalk LOL
So good!!!!
Nothing like learning from the best. Great video!!
Well done Adam and the team on reaching 200K subscribers!
I’m so entertained. Thanks for sharing!
A video like this for intermediate climbers would be awesome, its always nice to learn from the best.
Would be nice if they could do a collaboration with the guy from the rope production video.
Congratz on 200k subs Adam!
This is so well done, love it!
Great tips in a fun video. Thanks!
Parádní video. A nápad s Adamem a Ondrou😄😄👌👌👌

"Now you're a real rock climber... kind of" !!
Wow, Adam and Ondra are two of the nicest dudes out there!
Adam I say it every time.youre a beast I love what you're doing.the posts the climbs all so magnificent.since covid I've gone up to v5 from v1...
Best video ever! The Ondra's face made my day.
As a brand new climber this is so valuable.
That was awesome, please keep teach climbilmg for beginners, thanks adam and ondra 😄
Congrats for the 200k Adam!
Great material. Love it
One thing I would add from watching all my friends that started climbing was “dont rely on your biceps when climbing”.
That's literally the first tip:)
@@zagarna not really. Footwork is important but that does not stop inexperienced climbers from thinking every move is a pull-up.
I love the dynamic between Adam and Ondra. I hope they collab on more videos together
love this vid. Nice tips and brought in a nice way.
Amazing video!!!😍
Love it. Great work.
liked most videos before. love it this time! good man. keep it up!

wow that Ondra guy seems strangely familiar
Thanks you for the video: for unskilled climbers like me (I practice less then one year) Is Always good to see and hear somebody that explain the rules 💣💣💣
Adam Ondra has always some good ideas and he know how to inspire every climber ;)
Fantastic!
Best video ever. Keep up the work.
"Thats what I call, close relationship with the wall..."
Oh man.
00:29 I think in real life this looked really weird.
This Ondra guy is a real quick learner. I think he has good potential and can become a great climber one day.
