- Whats Up everyone! Welcome back to the channel! In todays video I review the MIR weight vest, and also show you some of my top equipment for Calisthenics athletes! I highly recommend each piece of equipment! All the equipment I've invested in has greatly increased my progress within my calisthenics training. There is a few pieces of equipment, that I don't have, but highly recommend. This Video I'm just sowing you all the equipment that I have!

thanks for the video, do you recommend this vest for someone that has only just begun with calistenics. Or should i go for something cheaper?
Thank you for your feedback! In my past experience the cheaper weighted vest tend to fall a part and have issues. I would recommend getting a good vest if that's something you're very interested in👍🏻

They are man! Took me awhile to ge used to them ! Super challenging
I should really buy that weighted vest for my pullups! It will never interfere with movement. I could also try the rings however i am a bit clumsy and wobbly sometimes so i am a bit hesistant about it. 😁😁😁
They are all great tools too use! When I first got the rings it took me a few weeks to get used to them lol! But I've been loving the vest so far! It's so versatile!

How's your shoulder range of motion with the vest
Range of motion is great with the vest! The only issue I have is when wearing the vest for extended periods of times it does get uncomfortable! I guess due to all the weight sitting on top of your shoulders.. but I've never been limited from the vest. Hope this helps👍🏻
