The two times I ever laughed at any of his intentional humor were: when he said "I'm a member of Slipknot!" in regard to Psycho Mantis of MGS1, and when playing that Old West game on the Kinect with John Rambo where he went to scratch his nose and accidentally blasted a picnicking family. And honestly, the second was more funny with John's reaction, so that's more like half credit.

Baldurs Gate 3 shows who Phil really is, when he plays that game. He doesn’t want any challenge, he doesn’t want to put in effort or work, he doesn’t want to understand anything or anyone. The problem with “hanging out” with Phil, if you can even call it that, is that he’s insane in the membrane.
