The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) is a collegiate athletic conference in the United States in which its fifteen member universities compete in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA's) Division I, with its football teams competing in the Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS), the highest levels for athletic competition in US-based collegiate sports. The ACC sponsors competition in twenty-five sports with many of its member institutions' athletic programs held in high regard nationally. ACC teams and athletes have claimed dozens of national championships in multiple sports throughout the conference's history. Generally, the ACC's top athletes and teams in any particular sport in a given year are considered to be among the top collegiate competitors in the nation. The ACC is considered to be one of the six collegiate power conferences, all of which enjoy extensive media coverage and automatic qualifying for their football champion into the Bowl Championship Series (BCS). With the advent of the College Football Playoff in 2014, the ACC will be one of five conferences with a contractual tie-in to an "access bowl", the successors to the BCS.
Founded in 1953 in Greensboro, North Carolina, by seven universities located in the South Atlantic States, the conference added additional members in late 1953, 1979, 1991, 2004, and 2013. The 2004 and 2013 additions extended the conference's footprint into the Northeast and Midwest. The most recent expansion in 2013 saw the additions of the University of Notre Dame, the University of Pittsburgh, and Syracuse University. In 2012, the University of Maryland's Board of Regents voted to withdraw from the ACC to join the Big Ten Conference. On November 28, 2012, the ACC's Council of Presidents voted unanimously to invite the University of Louisville as a full member, replacing Maryland.

This is actually one of the best College Football Games I’ve seen. Never take your opponent for granted
I came back to this video because i watched it when i was a young football fanantic, good video
Kizer was on a roll
+Furlog Giant OK...I see what u did there lol
The nfl was awful for him
rematch about to be lit next week
Here we go again! Freaking injuries! Last year most of the team were backups due to so many injuries + the suspensions. This is going to be real fun hosting Georgia Tech without our starting QB and best running back. I waited all freaking year for this season, and now this happens. Freaking unbelievable. I'm glad ND won, but they could be in some trouble against Georgia Tech, Clemson, Stanford, and even Pitt who always seems to give ND a problem. This backup QB better be as good as coach Kelly is saying, or it's going to be a long, dreadful season for Notre Dame. God I hope not.
I wish Virginia win the game
Kelly said this guy is the real deal hopefully he is honestly he looks like a better passer then Golson and Zaire already but doesn't look like he can run as well
Poor Mike London... Can't get a break on all of these tight games.
I actually think Virginia should have won this football game.
missed the most exciting play of the game. recorded it but Direct cut out in the last 34 seconds!#### Always add the extension. anyone else have that problem?? I'm really upset!!!!!!
+Donna Gee Had the exact same problem...
I didn't have it
That's why you should always have Dish :-)
go virgina
GO IRISH GO
+YoungTrae Clemson You DID see that ND lost its QB today? How unfair to a program to lose a star player at the beginning of the season knowing this is a top 10 team with more depth than normal that will never know how well it could have done against ANY of the remaining opponents. ND's season changed today, so when you win remember why (and hope none of your guys break ankles in the mean time).
+YoungTrae Clemson I was looking forward to it. But, ND is not 100% anymore. The value to that game is down now. With Malik out, Golson transferred, Folston hurt, and Bryant suspended, ND is playing essentially a third string qb and running back. ND also lost their starting nose guard on defense a week before the season. It's a different team now. I would expect as a Clemson fan you are disappointed by this now too.
+YoungTrae Clemson I actually now think that Clemson HAS to win the game against ND. If ND beats Clemson, Clemson will look pretty overrated
+YoungTraeClemson Wow Clemson is so good they really took it to Appalaichan State
+YoungTraeClemson
You r still forgetting we have a 5 star recruit that we could take the redshirt off of. And we aren't overrated we were 6-0 until FLA ST. and Everett lost his confidence and we suffered major injuries . The previous season we had Tommy Rees, enough said. True that we have been ranked very high and had bad seasons, but u have to realize that we drop due to injuries, not because we are crappy. I'm not saying that we will necassarilly beat Clemson or Georgia Tech, but if u underestimate us we will end up smacking your team up and down the field. No disrespect to Clemson btw.
I'm sorry I doubted you wahoos...
Starting Nose tackle? OUT
Starting RB? OUT
Starting QB? OUT
Starting TE? OUT
Lets face it... It's gonna be extremely tough to go undefeated with that kind of losses and yet there is still over 75% of the season left to be played. Also its almost impossible to not have at least 1-2 injury when playing triple option teams and ND will play TWO this yr. Sorry to say this but ND is looking at a 9-3 season at best. You can only go so far with limited access to personnel and experience. With the losses ND has sustained then even going 8-4 is a successful season. Not many teams can recover from that many injuries. I will be cheering my Irish butt off for ND every week!!!! GO IRISH!!!!!!!!!!!
That pregame speech was hard 🎯
Notre Dame better beat Tech man when goldson left it wasn't that bad because malik was a better pocket passer and goldson was a better runner but since malik is hurt we got a third string qb in and he desean is six four 220 pound so he can run maybe better than mailk and goldson but desean can throw Notre Dame Fans Including me I am a Notre Dame fan but we saw him throw the 39 game winning tochdown w
we saw it so desean is good and we can beat Tech lets just get ready for college game day next Saturday lets go Notre Dame!
I can't Zaire is out
Irish better hope they can get their shit together before they come down to Death Valley.
Sorry for Zaire though.
Time to pull a Ohio state and when the title with a 3rd string go Irish
