HE INSTALLED THE SMALLER BRACKETT UP SIDE DOWN !!!
BRAVO FOR READING THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS !!!
Thanks for the video, learned a lot !
Keep them coming!
Thanks for the video.. I installed mine last week. I had to fight with the leefspring Bolts, either Ford put locktite on them or they stripped them and forced them on. I had to used the breaker bar with all my strength to the last head to get them off. When i used the impact wrench it would create too much heat and the bolts would freeze on the threads. All good now though. Found a local leefspring shop, I had new bolts in 5 minutes
It looks like the spring end is not in the end pocket.
I was wondering why he didn't adjust it after the wheel alignment because he was pretty close on the first shot
Hi Rick, I have a 2015 Forest River Forester Class C 24' Motothome on a Chevy 4500 Chassis and had a Roadmaster RSSC Stabilizer installed at a commercial tire shop. After watching your wonderful installation I went under my rig and noticed that the stabilizer is 180 degrees off of what you recommend! On my rig, the end where the spring terminates flush with the through bolt, it is installed on the passenger side and the end with the aluminum spring end is facing the driver's side...opposite of where you emphesized. Therefore, mine is 180° opposite to what you stressed. What is the difference in how the stabilizer performs in my configuration? I even called eTrailer and they couldn't find which end faces driver or passenger end. My Roadmaster is an RSSC model. Any comments? Jack
Rick has his bracket 180 degrees off, if you look at the instructions he did it wrong. The u bolt should be facing down with the bracket on the bottom and the stabilizer shock on top of bracket with the bolt going through it from the top of the shock and the nuts at the bottom All nuts accessible from bottom instead of reaching over.
Hold the camera still!!! I was getting motion sickness trying watching. The jittery camera makes it unwatchable!! Maybe its good info, but I can't watch it. Downvote!
