please remember that interviews done by ESL companies(and i think with BPO companies too) are conducted to really test your English skills. They ask questions that to you may not be related to the job but what they are after is your COMPREHENSION, GRAMMAR, PRONUNCIATION and how vast your VOCABULARY is. they may even ask you what is the difference between ‘connote’ and ‘denote, affect and effect, everyday and every day.
That is true, But one other thing is they will try intimidate in a very awkward way....over all not a friendly experience.

Hi mam, I currently studying in one of university of the philippines and be honest, when I write the english sentence sometimes I have a grammar errors and spellings so that I always use dictionary because I want to improve my english speaking skills and Im proud of you po mam walang impossible lahat ay possible trust yourself lang mam and d naman sa pangjujudge sometime nanonood din ako iba videos

Murag lahi na ilang questions ron sa interview lage. What’s good about RJ is that they give you a feedback for areas to improve on . if ever mag apply ka balik, lesser errors nalang dayon 😉

I just had my test call and interview yesterday and unlickily, I did not pass also. I was also shocked with the comment of the interviewer. She noted words that I "mispronounced" pero basin bungol to sya. Haha! Charot (self comforting). We did a great job oy! Better luck next time sa ato. Keep safe!

I did my interview today and unfortunately I did not pass. Napansin ko talaga na madami akong grammatical errors na di ko napapansin pag nagsasalita ako nung binasa ko feedback nila. But regardless, it was still a good experience. More room for improvement parin.

I had my interview today,...and they are very intimidating, they try to show a kind personality, but you can clearly tell that don't really care. Every time that you would answer a question that your are not confident about, they would express them selves in an awkward way like you don't deserve to be here. And for sure you will not be prepared for there questions, because some of the question are not even related on Teaching English, she was asking questions regarding Companies you took on and you have to answer in a very detailed way about information's regarding the origin, what nationality, etc.......I mean what does that has to do with Teaching English Subject? its not like your students are going to ask about what companies you took on and what is the origin of the company you worked for years a go.....it almost feel like they are trying to look for a weakness to put you down that is not even related to what is the Priority of the interview....feels like your taking a history lesson. I think as an interview personnel, you should be passionate and kind to your applicants, not to make them feel intimidated. I have experienced different kinds of interviews, but this is by far the worst one I had....So for those who is planning to apply? be prepared to have a backup detailed information regarding all of your profession.
This is what exactly I felt when I applied on rarejob. Actually there are some words na okay naman yung pag pronounce ko and yet she corrected me. I don't know if she are really listening to me or naghahanap lang ng mali.
@@teacherarchie8940 Exactly, tapos ang nakaka inis dun kada sagot mo may bugtong hininga sila na parang....Mmmmmmm ahhh yeah ok, parang ganyan? like Wow, hahaha its a an insulting way of expression specially if its regarding interviews.....yung nag interview sakin?? sobrang madilta talaga, yung tipong nasa interview ka, pero feeling gina judge na nya buong pagka tao mo hahaha grabe.

how were you able to know that you failed the interview? I also had my interview today and after the interview..she just told me to chack my email within 24 hours.. Did I failed the interview?
They emailed me that I failed. I think, I received the email 1 hr after the interview.
Yup. I was interviewed over the phone and asked simple questions.

I'm done with my EPT and 2 weeks na akong stagnant sa application kasi parang di pa ako ready at confident sa interview. Pang Miss Universe daw kasi ang mga questions.
Just prepare. Actually wla naman talaga mali na sagot sa questions it's just that kailangan lng talaga organized and correct grammar and also yung pronunciation din is clear. Yun kasi tinitingnan nila
