Hi Grace! Thank you so much for watching my video. :) As far as I could remember it took me two to three weeks, kasi I plotted the interview schedule and teaching demo according to my available schedule. Others were able to finish everything within two weeks.

hi is it ok to have another ESL work?
Nakasched din po ako for an interview this coming February 9 waaah kinakabahan po ako baka mabulol bulol ako sa actual interview. Ill take po your advice na same lang sa other vlogs ang questions nila hihi. Thankyou for making this video

Nabulol ako pero I passed the interview. The evaluator said the result immediately during our skype session. :)

What are the requirements po that you send before the interview?
Hello, I just saw your video, thank you for being informative in giving your experience. I would like to ask if I haven't really booked a schedule for a meeting yet on their page but then they messaged me to message them on skype. Does it mean that I need to do the interview instantly? I am actually a student and I could not really do the interview right away due to my classes. Would they still ask an available schedule or they just give you an appointment for the interview? And if they do give you a schedule would they give you a couple of days to prepare? Thank you!
Hi Jen! As far as I know they would only respond to you on Skype if you have already booked an interview schedule through their website. Maybe you can clarify it with them muna before you proceed with the interview so that you’ll be prepared. Good luck! 🍀
Hi Ms. Dani, wanna ask lang po, what do they require/what kind of commitment they want you to prove if you're applying to rare job for part time work since you have the full time job? Pls enlighten me po, how it works. TIA!
Hi Paris! Thanks for your questions. If you plan to work part-time with Rarejob, they would just clarify as to how you would be able to work around your existing work schedule. Very flexible din kasi yung pag plot ng class schedules with Rarejob so it wouldn't be such a hassle to fit it into your current work commitment---you can even plot a class schedule at least an hour before that chosen lesson time kung gusto mo. The only thing that they will be particular about is your enthusiasm to teach ESL and your teaching skills and your willingness to hone it even more. :) So make sure that your enthusiasm to teach and the learning experience in interacting with people from a different culture will be the highlight of your interview with them. 🤗 i hope this helps and best of luck to you!

Hi Lady Justine! Yes, there is a teaching demo prior to the actual work. :) But they will give you complete instructions and resources on how to prepare for it.

I have a question teacher. If I sign a contract with Rarejob and I do not show up for for months to work online to teach, will I pay any fines/payment to the company?? Your response would be so helpful!
Hi Restie! Regarding not showing up to teach wala namang fines unless you opened slots tapos you did not show up sa slots na inopen mo.
Ang meron lng po ako is ung logitech h111 at ung specs ng laptop ko naman intel pentium 2gb hdd. Pde po ba yan na requirement and ilan pong tinanung sainyo na situational
Hello! As far as I know okay naman ang Logitech as long as it works well. Then for laptop requirements I think minimum is at least dual core system siya. You can also clarify the interviewer mismo regarding the system. :)

Mam Dani after po ba ng interview ano na po ang next step?
Sabi kasi sa akin ng evaluator ko na Congratulations on passing the evaluation. Kaya lang ipinapa ayos muna nila iyong Skype ID ko with their Skype admin bago daw maka proceed sa next step.

@@danielledotgo Thank you po. Teach ask ko lang po during the Jitsuyo Eikaiwa Group Orientation may individual simulation din po ba ang mga tutors na attend with the Coach? Kasi 1 1/2hr din po orientation and they send me link for the material po. Tomorrow po kasi orientation ko para mabawasan man lang kaba ko. Thank you.

hello! You have to complete the EPT and speaking test first before proceeding, kasi the interviewer will check your results prior to the interview.

Hi! When you pass they usually say that you did pass right after the interview process-before they end the call with you.

@@clarisserivas9708 Hello ulit! Ang sinagot ko jan is I creatively diverted our interaction briefly away from the lesson and started a conversation that interests him. Tapos sinabi ko na dun ko ibabase yung lesson namin according sa interests niya na lumabas sa conversation na yun

Hi Sittie! I'm not sure about this pero I think uulit sa process nga if failed yung interview. But clarify mo na lang din sa admins ng Rarejob regarding this :)
Easy lang ba ang speaking tests via progos?
Hi Jesum! I think it depends on your level of confidence in the way you can answer questions at random. :) Some find the test hard, some find it okay. For my part, I was able to answer the questions sufficiently given my background in human resources. Best of luck to you! 🤞

Hi! Starting rate is 55 pesos per 25 minutes lesson. Then may incentives depending on your performance. :)
If you don't mind me asking, what are the questions they asked you?
@@gracelynbalansag7110 hi! As far as I could remember they asked the basic interview questions like "Tell me about yourself," "Why did you apply here at RareJob?", and the likes. The interviewer also asked situational questions, similar to the other interview tips from other videos. :)
Before interview niyo po ba kayo mismo nagmessage sa skype like sending your Skype ID and Tutor ID?
