Made the man walk all the way from Nashville.
😂😂😂😭😭😭
Did they have Jason Isbell in nosebleed seats??? He deserves so much more, he's earned it. One of the most talented and prolific songwriters of our time.
Amen
That man is the greatest songwriter of the 21st century..
One of them, James McMurtry ,is still writing,Ray Whitley huddard, Buddy Miller.
@@gregorymontanez5882 There are many great songwriters. But Isbell is a master storyteller. The hardest thing in songwriting is to not overtell the story - to let the listener fill in the spaces and intepret the images. He does that about as well as you can. Good examples are Speed Trap Town or 24 Frames. But there are just so many. It's a tremendous body of work.
This musician deserves a Grammy presentation in prime time.
Y'all did him dirty with the microphone height.
Nobody could raise the mic for him during that half hour walk to the stage?
Hahahah. With shoes like that I'd put him in the back row😅
Jason is a legend. Best songwriter in the world..
Totally deserves it, legend of our times. Get that man a better seat!
The greatest songwriter of this generation and it's taken him years to be on that stage, not even included in the telecast. It's seems you have to be a Narcissist to be a performer on the telecast. :(
This is the only time I ever felt like I won the Grammy too. *sniffle* Sumpn in mah eye 😢😊.
best damn songwriter in my lifetime. Listen to the words .....
I was always rooting for you Jason 🙂⭐❤️👑
YES! It’s about time he got some recognition! Damned fine songwriter and artist. Go, Jason!
Uh, dude has 6 Grammy's. He's gotten his.
So deserving!
This audience sucks… they have NO idea how talented this man is!!! Also.. Zach Bryan losing country album of the year is nuts!
"...ashonestasyoucan..." thatsit!!!
Was curious to see if the new squeeze gave him a kiss when they announced his win
Coolest damn thing I've seen in years.
I've never watched the Grammys.
I think I just saw the only thing on any Grammys show is want to see
Except , I'd like to see Patterson and Cooley up there one day.
In their own ways, all 3 write like nobody else.
They have a GRAMMY's pre-show event in the afternoon that gives away a majority of the awards. This is not the prime time TV version. So, yes, the audience is a bit more lackluster and people sit far away.
Couldn’t they raise the mic for the poor guy?
No kidding
Upload performances please 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
You’d think they could pronounce his name correctly.
Holy shit another Grammy????
Why is nobody clapping? 😮
It's pretty obvious from what I've seen of the Grammys. The people are there to see/hear all the crappy pop/rap/country acts that win all the other awards. No way I could sit thru 3 hours of that nonsense.
@@jameskeyes9112 Not familiar with the format, but I think the last and most televised category should be "Album of the Year" for all album categories.
A performance would have been nice.
