Francis Chan has such a reverence for God that is rarely seen. I really appreciate it and its an amazing reminder of the mindset i should have.

who all here are younger than 13 or to 20 years because i'm 11 and praising God with all my heart. edit: I could see how people could see this and think i was crying out for attention, to clearify what i was saying, i was sayin that people of any age can love God no matter the age. Some people think that a pastor has more spritual gift than a child that loves God. God doesnt give a "Child portion" to a child he give the full on same holy spirt as an adult or a pastor! 1 Timothy 4:12 says "12 Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity." i think thats what all young adults and children should believe.

Peter had his moments, but God still built His church on Peter. Don’t discount yourself. God uses the “foolish things” to confound the wise. Therefore, God will use your weaknesses or grow you past them for His glory. We all mess up, but there is no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus. Be encouraged! 😊

Tips from the video:
Be real with God and confess what is pushing you far from God. Give it all to him and just confess what’s on you’re heart.
Let us daily grow our love of God and show others Gods love in our actions.
Do what it takes to be right with God. Confess you sins and let Him make it right
Your reputation with others doesn’t effect your standing and who you are in God
Quite hiding. Putting on a mask and acting like you know God isn’t worth living without his love. Don’t keep up the act when you and God both know you havta get real with Him

This is powerful. I help a man named Roshani tonight. I risked my life and left it in God's hands cause he needed help and his family couldn't be there for whatever reason. God was doing his will through me. I couldn't say it wrong. He got home. He was safe. Praise God
When the Word (sermons) comes across in a straightforward way such as this, it makes people feel sooooo uncomfortable as if he went too far in his message. Some people even go as far as trying to critique the way the Holy Spirit allowed him to bring forth the message as if God does not express disapproval of our acts through His servant/vessels to get our attention. We are so used to hearing watered down, feel good sermons that don't cause us to examine ourselves. I would not be the woman I am today if the ministers at my church always presented the Word in ways that made me "feel" good. I don't want a feel good word, I want something that will make me feel uncomfortable and cause me to change my ways. And not just turning from it because I'm scared of hell but just like Pastor Chan said, according to John 14:15, if we love Him we'll keep His commandments. Love causes a response. Just like God, He loved us so much that He had to respond by sending His only son to die so we can live. There's no condemnation, so don't beat yourself up. I used to do that for years. If we know better, we can do better. God has a ram in the bush for us all to get help.

"Draw close to me and I will draw close to you", was on my heart this morning and I typed it in and got this message and it really touched my heart. The way conviction has been so heavy the last few years because of my exceptence of sin. My addiction to watch porn and try to except it as okay since I have turned from so many other things. I have been grieving because my desire to not have sinful desires but I know I have not fully given it to God. I want the end product without the work without the process. I need to pray and I need prayer. I need to return to that first love.

No comparison between my love for you and myself or my wife who I love dearly but no comparison between my love for you and everything else that I love. I have been a drug addict most my life the past two years i have through watching hundreds of testimonies and spending alot of time talking to god and reading his word i have enjoyed absorbing all of it but i cant seem to shake any of my addictions and somthing has changed i used to be able to get high with no issues but now if im high im misserable the drink illustration hit home i relapsed tonight and i feel just broken please prey for me that i might drop these snares

One thing is your immediate reaction to Jesus being in front of you. Another thing is your answer to his question “do you love me” 🤯 man, that was intense
What is even more interesting I would say, are the terms used when Jesus replies: Feed my lambs, take care of my sheep, and feed my sheep. The actually Greek denotes pasturing and feeding young sheep (New Christians) with the Holy Spirit. The second time is grouping together of the sheep and shepherding then, and the last is nourishing and continuing to re-enforce and feed older sheep (Christians) with the Word of God. It is absolutely fascinating. I don't get why so many overlook this profound teaching by Christ.

I melt when I talk about him i cry at times because i love him so much and what he has done for me, yes I would die for him yes i do i am in love with him . I know for a fact that he loves me so much. he loves me unconditionally he protects me he gives me strength where i have never had from my worldly family. The lord and I have a great relationship.. SOMETHING FOR ALL Jesus was watching me in my devilish ways yrs back and I was trying to find he because I needed him so badly. When he choose me 1 yr later I repented everything ,I died and Father God gave me a new life.from then on wards it was not easy going it was a hard journey because i did not know where to start. I trust and have faith in him, when the holy spirit came to dwell in me and my life journeyed on with love ,humbling myself, loving myself ,peace and understanding ,forgiveness,loving all human beings. I say hello to strangers. We have a lot of Cameroonians in our church and they and I have a close relationship spiritually, and now they call me mommy they hug me kiss me on my cheeks. before (covid 19 ) when they see me at church there faces shine.I care for them I give love to everyone in my church, ok i don't get much back from the whites ( forgiveness please ) love Jesus with all your hearts surrender your life to him , it is a life changer it's peaceful .

I have found myself looking for a pastor, looking for sermons that I feel really speak to me. I feel like there are a lot of pastors and sermons that are full of fluff. I feel blessed to have been able to find Pastor Francis Chan, I feel like the Holy Spirit led me to him and his messages. I finally feel like I can build a relationship with God. It is so apparent how passionate Chan is with him and how in tune with God he wants his audience to be as well. truly blessed. yep you follow because of fear..the Lord says fear not...talk to him in your thoughts always like he is with you..do what you do when you are doing the things you enjoy..make it your number one passion to seek him and build relationship with him..if you don't seek and spend time with the Lord because it's your favorite thing to do you are doing nothing..if you read the bible because you have to..that Don t count..if you go to church because your parents or spouse force you that Don t count..you need to do all these things because you want to..then it counts..as you start doing them it's cause you want to love the Lord but as you continue in that you should start liking to do those things and the joy to do those things will will then grow into loving to do those things and you will start seeing the Lord move in your life and that will make you experience a relationship with him and the you will start to love doing those things

Francis chan does a wonderful job. Many people screamed at me about the things that they swore would never happen. "Darin this is just the way you are. You cant change that!! These are just the cards youve been dealt. blah blah blah...........God is the only person that has looked at me realistically. Its not a joke. Its not a waste of time. Life will be more than what you can think. You cant type in the words to plan anything. Its solely up to God. Just feed yourself.

How often do you think of your spouse? What would you sacrifice for your spouse to bless them? Would you sell everything you own if your spouse needed to be taken care of due to an illnesses? What would you give up in exchange to bring them more peace, joy and security? Is ALL you have also your spouses? All these questions then can be asked towards God. . .🕊️🍃🌳

The ones who stated we are reading an altered version of the bible. You are correct. GOD SAYS IF ANYONE TAKES OR ADD TO HIS WORD HE WILL PUNISH. I paraphrased it. But God will deal with those. We dont even follow the altered version so, REALLY would we follow "The original".
The best any leader in Christianity can hope to aspire to is to be a vessel that God can use. Nothing more nothing less. Life giving water can flow from a silver jug or ceramic or ordinary clay pot. Not important. All that matters is the water. Best source of spiritual nourishment is the Bible.

What's the name of the ministry where one can donate their wedding ring, in exchange for clean water?
I have many many bibles like the KJV, NKJV, NIV, ESV, REINA VALERA, NVI, etc. Although the KIng James is a good bible, it is not translated from the original manuscripts but rather from Latin. In other words, it a translation from a translation. Not to mention, those whom translated it were Angiclans. So although I love my KJV, I need to keep this is mind. The NIV and ESV for example, are translated from the original texts also taking into account manuscripts found in the last 50yrs. There are many scholars whim will attest to this like Dr. James White and Dr. Micheal Brown and others. So as I delve into my bible(s), I do cross reference with other bibles and more importantly with Aramaic and Greek cross references. I do vthis often when I speak to JW's whom have their own version but can show them their own erroneous errors with their own Greek translations. They have many passages both in the new and old testament that are badly translated and can easily be debated more so when you have Aramaic and Greek translations versus showing them with any other bible because in their mind, we have corrupted bibles. So keep this in mind, I still use my King James, NKJV, NIV and ESV to get a complete understanding and praying for the Holy Spirit to lead me in my journey in life. How do I do this if I really messed up with the holy spirit without getting to know Him from beginning? Been in circles, lost and feel blind, just flesh and it is not good.
Seek Jesus only, pray to him asking for help and be truly sorry, release everything and know he forgives you. You must be meaningful though. Ask to be baptised with the holy spirit, be born again and be a new creation. Seek him every day asking whether you are bearing fruit and building the Kingdom of God - pleasing him. Read the Word everyday, meditate(ponder) on it and share the good news to others. Walk in love and serve others. If you need anymore help i know this was a messy paragraph let me know! ^_^ God bless.
God finds you wherever you are ready to meet with him. It's not about cleaning up to be good enough for Him. It's stopping, praying and asking for His forgiveness, and turning completely around and running from the life you feel is separating you from Him. We will never be good enough, that is why Jesus died for us. He is the perfect sacrifice and the only reason we are able to have a relationship with our heavenly father. No matter what you've done, you can have that relationship too. Turn away from that life and start praying to Him. He wants to help you and loves you soooo much!

The King James is worded in a way that we don’t talk like that in today’s world but I say whatever version you can understand is the best it does no good to read the Bible and not understand what it’s saying. God bless you

I see you have been hurt and felt rejection from people. Only God understands your heart and I know he wants to heal you as you draw close to him. John 3:16 God has sent his son for us and for you to reconcile us to himself. He died on the cross for your sins. If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead you will be saved. As stated in Romans 10:9
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.When you have a personal relationship with Jesus he will give you a new clean healed heart. come to him, learn of him....spend time reading his word, find a bible believing church and a group of Christians that love God to fellowship with. Learn to share your faith and spend time with God talking to him as you talk to a friend. He loves you and can heal you.
put all your trust In the Lord then he can protect you then you can lose the fear..with you trusting in him fully you have nothing to fear..i did a fast one time I ate nothing for three days and when I begin to get pains in my stomach from hunger when it would get unbearable I would ask the Lord to help me with the pain and he took it immediately away..what enemy can you have with the Lord beside you.. none he will protect you from the worst of things

God doesn’t change. We all can spend more time seeking Him and just Trusting Him.
Read the bible and you wouldn't be a Calvinist. We are responsible for our actions. We are tempted by the enemy but ultimately we choose to sin or pray against it.
Im such an angry person and idk why other than its the devil. I know the answer to that is to pray but when I pray i feel i lack conviction and it falls flat. Or maybe my mind is clouded and i cant see the answers God is giving me. Idk
Will The Great I was very angry. It is a spirit of anger. I was told to pray it out. This did not work and made me worst. You will need deliverance and talking about the root and what triggered this.....people don't understand it. My anger was irrational and constant irritation, vexation but I was too young and inexperienced to know Satan had targeted me.
If you lack conviction, pray that God will reveal to you the things that you need to see to be convicted. There is nothing we can do ourselves, as humans. In everything, pray for His strength to become yours. Finding the root is exactly what you need to do, but you may need God to give you more than just answers as to why you are angry and can't pray. Pray to be able to pray first, if that makes sense. I feel there is a wall that my prayers bounce off of sometimes and then I have to ask God to open my eyes to whatever sin I haven't apologized(sincerely) and turned away from so that I can be in a fulfilling relationship with Him. Sometimes the sin seems so small, but if we haven't asked for forgiveness and turned completely away from it, it will hinder our communication with God through prayer. I hope any of this makes sense to you. It's hard for me to explain myself. I'm still learning too.

Colossians 3:8 But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and obscene talk from your mouth.
God tells you to put these things off mean its a choice you have to make.
2 Timothy 1:7 for God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
Sounds like unprocessed trauma. Some deep trauma work may help you release the anger and embrace God even more

I love his charisma and his delivery. He’s definitely good at it. I used to listen to him until the Spirit led me to look deeper. Chan is a close follower of John Piper, the preiminant Calvinist of our time. Brothers and sisters look deeper. He is a Calvinist. Being such he believes that God predestined from before time the ones who would be saved called “the elect”. The rest He predestined to hell and eternal torment. The predestined are predestined from conception to go to hell or heaven. No grace for babies thier very rules of belief will not allow it. Predestined is from before conception which means babies that die or are aborted that are of the “non elect” go to hell and are in torment. They deny the words of Christ out of his own mouth “For God so loved the WORLD thar He gave His only begotten Son so that WHOSOEVER believes on Him will have everlasting life”. Calvinist believe He only died for “the elect” not the world as he says. They also believe God hates because ususuing just one verse out of context to meaning “Jacob I loved, Esau I hated”. They can not say God loves you or God is Love in an evangelical way because God may not. You maybe the one predestined to hell whom He hates. Why evangelize the elect have already been chosen and the non elect are damned and can not change that. They believe God Condemns the non elect to eternal torment in order to show His Glory. Brothers, Sisters use discernment with these people. Let the Holy Spirit tell you of the mighty, marvelous, beautiful love of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. My God is a God of love. He says in his word He wishes no one to Parrish. Jesus died for all. He truly Loves us like we can never even grasp with our human minds. Go and spread the love of Christ to all.
Is the holy spirit talking or is something else talking? As long as you have a breath you can be saved. Jesus died for ALL are sins. Except blaspheme against the holy spirit. Aka denying God did this miracle when you your self are literally told by god that he done this miracle.
