Dr. Very interesting lecture. I am 66 years and I have been taking vitamin D3 supplements and spend 30-60 min in UVB sun rays since 2020 when the Covid started . I am taking 15000 IU with K2. Now my level is 122 ng/mL. I check often my Vit D level. Here in Dubai sun light is plenty.
