Can you factory reset without having them connected? Bassically i connected then for 2 days they worked fine then the 3 day i plugged them in and they wudent connect for no reason what do i do?
In this situation just try to reset only the headset. Press and the hold power button on headset for around 20 seconds wait for light to blink orange then stop then let go of power button. Then try connect again 👍.

I think I know why this disconnecting is happening because I’ve noticed it and it can’t be a coincidence. I think the headset thinks your afk so it disconnects because most of the time I go for dinner and I come back to my room my headset disconnects, it’s very strange but I hate this because it’s a nice headset but that’s a massive disadvantage
I've tried everything and nothing is working. Lights all blink then stay solid but still no sound from tv but i can hear all the beeps in the headset.

Yeah its been annoying. Idk if they have updated anything with a fix or not. They better get the bugs sorta out soon. I believe playstation link will be integrated in future systems to come and finally ditch the dongle. I put the blame on the dongle.
@chasen432 yeah I had my dongle on my PC and I laid my laptop on its side on top of the dongle, and apparently it was pressing it so it disconnected the headset completely. I had no idea what was going on but this video really helped.
@@GhanjaLounge Yeah I have managed to deal with it. The headset sounds great and the mic and good too especially that ai noise reduction. I always used a pair of hyperx cloud stingers wired and tried many other headsets wired and wireless even other hyperx wired headsets and didn't quite beat out the cheap pair so I just returned everything. Used those until the pulse elites came out with the planar drivers and the playstation link with lossless audio and it actually walked all over my hyperx stingers. So I can finally go wireless and enjoy a sound upgrade at least to my ears. Plus the added eq settings within the playstation is sweet.
@chasen432 I do like this headset. I've had every playstation headset they put out and these are a big upgrade. The mic is way better, and I love how you can connect two devices at the same time.
I really regret selling my Pulse 3ds for these....
