Once you invoke the fifth you must then answer ALL following questions in the same manner, or you lose the right to plead the fifth. And you can then be ordered by the judge,to answer the questions,or be found in contempt. So,his pleading the fifth to questions of whether he planted evidence was at that point meaningless. His main reason for pleading the fifth in the first place, was because of the discovery of the tapes.Which,if you recall were made for the purposes of a possible screenplay, for a movie that was being developed at the time they were made. And yes,I saw the video. As big as OJS hand where he had to know they wouldn't fit.
Darden was set up from the start always questioning the least of the most important witnesses in the case. This was an interracial marriage murder case. White jurors who voted to acquit QJ never get blamed in this its always (a largely most Black jury that found him not guilty), but what about the four jurors who where white? Wasn't there twelve jurors on the case.OJ was not convicted on a majority rule. OJ was aquted by a unanimous decision of all twelve jurors.. for almost two hundred years Anglo Saxon protestant Americans and other ethnic minority caucasian Americans have been convicting Black Americans of crimes they didn't even commit and now that an all white prosecution team with one negro who thought he was part of team is going to take the blame for the California justice system in America.
Racism in America has done more damage to white people than any other race in America, because they think they are the law and history has proven that to be a fact.

The only thing that was indisputable from watching this trial was the testimony of the limo driver. His testimony was the one thing beyond others, but this should have been the key to lock the prison door for this murderer. It starts with Kato hearing a bump up against his wall that is facing the fence which the murderer jumped over to gain access to his house. The limo driver sees the man walk into the house and immediately the light comes in the entrance area. So you have to ask yourself, who else entered the house at that exact time and has the key to the door, can't be many people. Find out their where abouts at that time and the huge mystery is solved. But o.j. says he over slept and just got out of the shower, booom guilty, check mate. I don't give a crap about the glove, or a detective using the N word, makes no matter.
