    Good video! Just got a 10" x 8'. Hope I didn't bite off more than I can chew ! Didn't get the base frame, was told I really didn't it ? Figured if I had to, put in on a treated 2x4 frame. Building on a 11'x10' 5"thick concrete slab that had a hot tub on it for years. Gonna save this video until I get mine up. Thanks !!!

    Hey great video sir! Thinking about building a 2"x6" joist with plywood foundation set on gravel for proper drainage first than putting this shed on top of it so would be double plywood I guess . I am looking at the 105' x 8' model and like yours will match our house. Of course level/square it. Comments?

      Sounds like your putting plywood over gravel. Wouldn’t the plywood rot over time?

      @@thestclairchannel3889 all pressure treated but will likely have foundation supported on each corner using blocks so will be off the ground.

    Thank you for your time to make this and I really appreciate the fact that you showed the mistakes you made. At times I thought you doofus. BUT you are right to think…..yea, but you know, it takes one to know one! I am surly guilty of being a doofus at times too. Some fun aye!

    Nice install, & build. Your video was very helpful as far as what to do, & not to do; So it helps us not having to make the same little mistakes; So it will save us time on my build. I like the pavers you put down; I'm going to go the same route. I'm lucky that I have an area that is already set up for the shed to be built on with a gravel base; That I park my tractor on 12 w X 46 d. Are those 1 X 1 pavers you used? & the shed I'm putting up is the same 10.5 X 10.5 Woodbridge model. Again thank you for your helpful video

      Yes. If you end up putting plywood down over top which you basically have to, it will not matter what size pavers you use

      @@thestclairchannel3889 Thank You for your reply. I do plan on putting down 3/4 X 4 X 8 sheets down of plywood ( OSB ) I bought my Durmax Woodbridge shed from ZORO, & I'm going to stick with the 1 X 1 pavers. Thank You again for your video.

    Hey I started building my Duramax Woodbridge 10.5 X 10.5 I have a question; Do you know if you can put the panel with the window on the left side? Instead of the right side. Thank You in advance for your reply.

      @@thestclairchannel3889 Thanks gain. I did notice that on page 22 on the instructions; I'll be starting the walls tomorrow.I ready have the framing done for the roof, & mid framing done for the walls; As per the instructions. Your quite right on the time it takes to get it all together, But I'm quite surprised of the fit, & the quality of the building. Thanks again for your reply, & your very helpful video.

      @@FAroundNfindOut I did notice in the directions on page 22 that it did state just that. I'm all done with the building; I finished it last Sunday. I'm really impressed with the final build of the Duramax building; It's a very sturdy, & rigid building. I can't believe all the lawn equipment I was able to put in the building, 2 riding mowers, 1 front tine tiller, 2 self/propelled walk behind mowers, 1 walk behind chipper shredder vac, 1 walk behind trimmer mower, 1 hand held trimmer, 2 leaf blowers, 1 small garden cart, 1 hand truck, & 5 fuel cans; With a little room to spare room. All the equipment is put in a seasonal manner & will be rotated according to use. This building has freed up my work shop; As well as my breezeway. I don't run a landscaping business; I just have allot of property to maintain. All my chainsaws, pressure washer, & snowblower will remain in my workshop area.

    Was it worth it? Thinking about buying one.
    How many hours total did it take you?

    • @thestclairchannel3889
      @thestclairchannel3889  Před rokem +2

      Yes I would purchase again. No leaks. It did take me about six days at 3-4 hours per day.
