Kenny Hills, Bukit Damansara, Pantai Hills, Mont Kiara, Sri Hartamas and Bangsar are neighbourhoods with very rich residents outside Kuala Lumpur city center.
Thank you for your education, much appreciated 🙏🥰❤️
Kenny Hills=Bukit Tunku
Damansara heights land 10k feet is only 20k ringgit during 1970s
True yeah yeah yeah....😂😂😂
And Tropicana.
An older "rich" neighbourhood in Kuala Lumpur is Bukit Tunku (formerly Kenny Hills). For where most expatriates live check out Mont Kiara and Bangsar.
We don’t know about Tunku but this one was amazing 🤩 we would honestly love a place there 🤤😉😍

These are nothing compared to Miri Sarawak's Luxury homes in EAST MALAYSIA.
Check it out in Dodo Travellers channel.
@@ninjaturtle6106 lol this actually an old luxury residential, just go check at Bukit Tunku, Sri Hartamas, Bangsar. then you know
Thanks for visiting Bt. Damansara guys, its a nice place, a lot of rich Malaysians live there. Some houses are empty. some are on sale since the owners also have properties in other parts of KL as well as overseas especially in UK, US, Australia. Enjoy yourselves & take care !!!
Thank you for your education, much appreciated!🥰🙏
That's very insightful to hear about the high burglary rate. Makes sense.
Thank you so much 🥰... Love your honesty and the way you guys see the City. Enjoy your day 😘😍👍

@ MoJaff : Absolutely agreed. Thanks, beautiful sharing....
Hi Romanians lovely couple.Welcome back to Malaysia.Hope you enjoy yr stay.Stay safe and cheers.Damansara is one of the Luxury resident in entire Malaysia.
Yeah, definitely not for the minimum wage people 🥹🙏🥰
Thanks for sharing this wonderful video n for showing one of d areas, d rich lives in KL. Thanks for speaking highly of d city n KL.
I used to live with my late parents in Damansara Heights or in d national language, Bukit Damansara. I find d neighborhood is quite pleasant. There's a new development in progress called Damansara Heights Pavilion. D circle of Jalan Beringin in that area has some beautiful mansions.
If u guys like greeneries, walk around d KLCC park, d botanical garden n d Lake Titiwangsa garden in KL.
U guys probably wouldn't know or come across yet, there r housing areas in KL that need civilized education esp in d areas where d people with low income, where maintenance r not properly regulated n people with bad attitude seemed to survive.
There’s always more work needed to be done but at least Malaysia is taking the right direction and actions 🙏🥰
@@romaniansontheroad Yes, u guys r definitely right, right directions n right actions r precisely d right decisions. 😁
Hi Romanian friends !
Seem that you have many fans from Malaysia.
You can comments almost on everything, but try your best not to touch on sensitives issue such as religions, cultures, races and customs of people in Malaysia. There are so difficult to maintain the harmony among the different races and religions you know. Other than that , we welcome your constructive comments and thanks for your good comments so far !
Btw now is rainy season dont forget your umbrella. 🙂
Another one ☝️ buddy, you don’t come as a guest in someone else’s house and make rules! How could u do it??? The audacity on you guys is beyond ridiculous 😆we will say whatever we want on this channel! Has this country freedom os speech or not??😉

Yes,we are guests on your channel..but don't forget you are also a guest in our country. as a host, we only advise you to avoid danger due to your being too outspoken. Your honesty from the aspects of cleanliness, infrastructure facilities, incorrect attitudes by local people in our country is fine as long as it does not touch sensitivities such as religion, race and traditional culture.

welcome back to malaysia guys, enjoy your stay here..
Thank you 🙏 we are loving it so far🥰🙏
Fun fact, some of the residents there bought the properties maybe 30-40 years ago at 10% of the current prices. Then we had a long economic boom which brings prices to current price, which is still cheaper compared to other countries with similar standard or living.
Indeed, exactly what we thought 😉🥰facts 💯☝️
Actually it makes more sense for Malaysians to retire outside KL. Sell their expensive KL house. Buy an equivalent house in Ipoh or Seremban for about half the price. And use the balance to buy a small condo in KL or any other city in the Klang valley. You get the best of both worlds.
Indeed, if you have a property in KL definitely worth selling for 2 if you no longer want to live in the city 😉🥰
Good content keep it up
Thank you ser 🙏🥰
You should also go to Taman Tun Ampang which is another Beverly Hills of Malaysia. Thank you guys for visiting our country.
Thank you for your recommendation 🥰
Actually if you can look into the interior of these houses, you will be even more amazed.
That probably will do the trick 😆 we’re wondering how many would agree to that thou 😉🤣

Wait because it’s just the beginning 😂you will hate us at the first negative comment we will have! Funny that you ended up walking at that area. I had 2 ex girlfriends who lived within walking distance to where you were. In fact i have a funny story at one of those bushes you passed that i probably shouldn't share. Lol. This was a looong time ago though. Houses there were sold to higher ranking govt officials back then. My dad paid RM120k back in 1979. Now you'll be lucky if you can find a home there for less than RM4 million. FYI, homes at Bukit Tunku (old money) and The Mines (new money) are much bigger.
Anyway, enjoy the rest of your stay here guys!
We did say the same in video that you needed a good salary even back then to buy a property there😉what a coincidence to have memories from the exact places we’ve walked y🤣🙏🥰
I live in jalan batai, damansara heights.. yes its an affluent area in KL. Called the elite. It used to be housing for super scaled government officers, director level and above, minister included. It has now expanded to wealthy private buyers.
It’s like a dream neighborhood to live in 🤤😂🤩one day hopefully we will make it 😉😍
@@romaniansontheroad wish you the best, my Romanian 🇷🇴 friend.. oh yes, bukit damansara also has a National Science Center, Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club and the KLGCC (Golf and Country Club) nearby. @@flahmadzaki2172 thank you buddy 🙏our best wishes for you and your family! Early Happy Hari Merdeka !😍❤️✊
In the 80s the houses there though not cheap for the working class it's still affordable for government high-ups (ie directors, ambassadors etc)... Most of the houses have been through renovations and modernisations that make them bigger than the 3000sqft built-up house before....
If you wan't to see much more affluent housings with 7000 sqft built ups and more, you should go to Bukit Tunku, now that are palaces...

Bukit Damansara or Damansara Heights is a subcity under Damansara area which are under Petaling District in Selangor state (Petaling District have 4 big cities..Shah Alam, Subang, Petaling Jaya or PJ and Damansara). Damansara alone have more than 30 super modern and amazing subcities that you have to explore all. Damansara Heights is quite a sensitive area becoz many businessmans, artists , ministers and politicians live here and police car are patrolling here on scheduled basis every day. Pls be careful becoz the police might ask what are you doing here. Tell them you just walking around to see the house here. Good Luck n enjoy yr stays.
As long as it’s not forbidden to walk there’s no problem 😆now that you’re telling us we wish we would’ve met a police car 🚓 a bit of spiciness doesn’t hurt 😂thank you for your education, much appreciated 🥰🙏

Hi Jason, they are not used to our culture. Asians are extremely polite, we do not express our opinion openly. We also have to understand that they are consider "recently" open to the world.
