Forts are in fact a thing. Just fortify the border and watch as the nazis endlessly ram into your fortified and entrenched lines with no success. It’s a thing of beauty.

I'm challenging myself to play as Saudi Arabia. I'm 2 hours into the challenge and it already seems harder than Ethiopia. It can't even get 1K manpower and the training keeps delaying.

Homestly I hate how the focus tree to fix the Red Army is locked behind being in conflict and I hate the paranoia mechanic because I get some of the most random things happen to me

I held on the river line going through Dnipro up to Kiev and then to Riga and held for 3 years before getting new tanks into the field, deploying new aircraft, gaining green air in all air zones, and pushing the Germans back to Berlin. 21 hours is barely anything but its good to note this as if you cant hold against the German Reich, your forces are eihtkeisfhyf86c68vv.

With nearly 80% of my army dead (only had 41 div left), no air-force (since they got demolished) and the neglected Navy. With the peak of 152 civilians factories / 48 military ones… It was a god damn genocide, after all that, I decided not to play the Soviets again (I was only 20% into capitulation)
They’re probably the easiest nation to play imo just focus on your civilian sector from 1936-1940 and then early 1940- invasion focus everything into mil factories. Make decent 20 widths to hold the line and slowly militarize. By 1943 you’ll have a bigger military industry than Germany and focus on making medium tanks to go on the offensive.
