I'm a bit disappointed that half of the games feel like straight ZX Spectrum ports. Still, I'd love to have an MSX2 or later system, because the system seems to be really great overall.

Yeah, there were a lot of lazy Spectrum ports on the MSX when you start looking at tape and disk games. The vast majority of the best games were on cartridge.

to summarize, not much worth playing were released on cassette.
