No, the head of state of a country which since independence doesn’t have to keep 50% of its National Reserves in France National bank for the first time. 14 “African ex-colonies” of France are forced to keep half of their National Reserves in France against their will and use one currency proposed by France else face sanctions. Is it probable that those “democratically elected other presidents are hand-picked or have their hands tied and are avoiding sanctions from the western world? By the way Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger and a lot more countries are under sanctions in one way or the other depending on who is the head of state! It’s about time these Africans knew the hidden problems facing their heads of state! In some cases these presidents have to choose between self determination,total independence on one hand and austerity (economic suffering)caused by sanctions from the rich western world on another hand. Could you stop blaming these presidents, calling them corrupt without a clear evidence?
