      Good way to put it. Fedor once said he once had no money and no food for his family. Now he has money, he has food. He sees his opponent as someone who wants to take this away from his family. That man must be destroyed.
      You may be able to stop that with physics, like a kick to the head or something, but you sure as SHIT arent going to DEFEAT that. His fucking ghost will try and destroy you next.
      When he bacame rightfully huge and practically mythical, survival was done, and in a very humble amd honest act he became gently motivated by god in his fights. Monk like persona. I dont think this new focus, pkus just the love of competition, kept him driven enough to evolve. There was entropy of motivation. Quite the natural progression, not suprising for such an individual.

    I experimented with steroids after reaching what i thought was near my natural limit as a non-competing powerlifter (essentially i trained as a hobby). After using all different amounts of mostly testosterone cypionate and for different lengths of time and experimenting with other variables, confidently, I can say that you will eventually experience heart issues and high blood pressure if supplementing with copious amounts of exogenous testosterone. There was a direct correlation between my blood pressure and how much test i was blasting. However, if you supplement with a therapeutic dose, youre probably doing more good than harm for health, longevity, and mood. Its almost euphoric. I used very few orals, although when i did, my liver numbers were poor, but I didnt experiment with proper variable control enough to reliably say oral steroids are indisputably awful for someone. Occum’s razor would seem to point in that direction, though.

      Anthony Aguilar Just an fyi, but anyone claiming they put on 20 lbs of muscle in 8 weeks is a liar. 20 pounds of muscle in a year is nearly impossible. Someone may gain 20 lbs, but 17 of it is fat and water, if not more. Typically, on cycle you will gain 1-2 pounds of muscle (if you’re eating enough) and sometimes lean out. No one is doing 8 week cycles in a healthy way, regardless. It’s impossible. The only benefit in using testosterone is for someone who is medically deficient. If a person has low testosterone for their age group, they can supplement with an injection, ranging from 20-50 mg a week. Any more than that (and probably even 50 mg a week) will give you super-physiological levels. Testosterone therapy isn’t done in cycles; it’s a life long regimen. I’ve seen just about any study related to T injections, and the data is far from conclusive. There has only been one long term study peer reviewed and done in a scientific method. That study showed that supplementing testosterone in males with low-t and raising their levels to normal lowered their cause-all rate of death. However, I’ve never seen anyone’s blood work from an endocrinologist who actually didn’t have levels that far exceeded the normal range. I was on a therapeutic dose of testosterone for about two years, and before that, ran “cycles” as modest as 50-200 mg a week for 8-12 weeks, which is extremely low dose. All together, I experimented with T for about 7 years, including 4-6 month breaks between a couple cycles. You will get high blood pressure and most definitely will have an increased chance of blood clots because your red blood cell count goes through the roof.

    • @mtgtv1384
      @mtgtv1384 Před 4 lety +3

      Anthony Aguilar Regarding the random name dropping: where is your source? It’s physically impossible to gain 20 pounds of muscle in 8 weeks. That’s an average of 2.25 pounds a week for 8 consecutive weeks. Dude, look at two and a quarter pounds of ground beef and imagine dispersing that around your body as if it were muscle play-doh. Are you starting to see how crazy this is? Please don’t be brainwashed my rag magazines at a newsstand with the latest super hero on the cover. None of those people have, neither has anyone, ever. If you gained 5 pounds of muscle, you would look like a completely different person. Five pounds of muscle is insane. Second, regarding your interpretation of benefits of testosterone: my comment was pertaining to longevity, health and mortality. “Physical changes” are inversely proportional to longevity. I thought context clues made that pretty clear, in addition to the other posts in the thread. Of course if you use testosterone, you will generally get bigger, stronger, and leaner. No one is suggesting otherwise. Mortality is the issue. Did you read my comment in entirety before morphing into offended troll mode? To reiterate, anything more than a therapeutic dose is going to cause adverse side effects, sooner than later. Usually high blood pressure. Even on a therapeutic dose, your red blood cell count becomes so enormous that you usually are suggested to give blood every 3-4 months to counteract the effect. Otherwise, you will be at risk for blood clots.

    Whether Fedor took Steroids or other PEDs I can't know for sure, but looking at the picture used to suggest he did, I can say that he doesn't have any of the tell tale signs.
    No traps, delts and outer quads coming at you in a 3D effect. Roids directly cause that effects because those muscles are more sensitive to the effects of steroids.
    No vascularity. No out of control hair growth or acne. He clearly has always had male pattern baldness since a young age and if you have that naturally, many types of steroids will shave your head clean in a few months.
    I don't see any of that, so I will say that maybe he could have been on a light TRT, or maybe he cycled on low doses to enhance recovery and get a boost leading up to a fight,
    but that he didn't use large doses and/or for extended periods of time.

      No one skeletal muscle is more sensitive to androgens than another. Direct/indirect stimulus will cause sharp growth with AAS. Without a stimulus, hypertrophy of skeletal muscle will be extremely difficult. Vascularity is 100 percent dependent on bodyfat percentage. AAS build muscle, they do not burn fat. Calorie deficits causes lipolysis. Male pattern baldness is genetic, those without the gene will not bald even with strong dht derived AAS such as stanozolol. If you have the gene, AAS will exacerbate your condition.

    During a hypothetical debate in college, I actually argued for legalizing steroids. Simply put, I'd rather have a governing body regulate their implementation, rather than an athlete abuse them. If there's a scientific benefit to the human body, I'm a proponent of any substance being legal. There are good steroidal products humans can take safely. Props to "all natural" athletes, but lets face it if a steroid can create safe and consistent results, it's worth it. Abuse of the product is a completely different conversation.
