Interesting design, but why garage, you could have used garage as a living room that opens to spectacular vista overlooking the town, if it is an eco home, one electric car is more than adequate for such house.
upstairs space could be used for 2 bedrooms with one bathroom, and downstairs all the social spaces.

Wow I'm truly out of words for this house. Usually I'd like hate using blue in anything. But, you my friend, have now made blue my favourite color. I have a suggestion for your next build, can you build like a 5 bedroom 4 bath modern mansion w/ a bowling alley from University Life? Just a suggestion :P
I'm truly amazed. Do you ever scour through the Sims 3 shop for more building materials? I don't buy all their sets, but there have been some really good ones like the Bahaus windows and doors. I prefer building mostly, but putting Sims into some of the houses is fun especially when they first arrive and look around in awe, and seem so happy about their new home. I would love to get some of the custom content you have.
Holy cow, this is an extremely beautiful house. How did you do the ceiling? And is that thick window above the computer desk a custom content? How many custom contents did you use? Were they included in the package?

Excellent. But I'm glad that this is a one off. I don't think I could stand that much blue again. It gets kind of hard on the eyes. The design of the house is absolutely beautiful though, and it amazed me when you said you didn't have any expansions. Is there a reason? I mean you're so talented, wouldn't there be a benefit to building if you had them? You seem to do alright without them though. Once again, excellent work. :-))
thank you bro! don't worry I accept critics...you know, this started just as an experiment, in fact it took only 5 days. The result was nice so I made a video ;p I don't think I will do other colorless houses like this...one is good, more could be boring :D

Thank you for your thoughts...well I don't have any expansions because I don't really know if I'd need any. I mean, I definitely don't play this game, I just build houses. I use almost always custom contents, don't like stuff like pets objects or elevators...I just need walls you know. It's not worth the money for me to get expansions

where to download the house?
basically you need constrainfloorelevation false/true to play with walls, half walls and half floors.
Then you need to learn how to build in foundations too, it's important if you want to build cliffside houses like this...the ground floor is inside the foundation.

Well I would like to but how can I teach you? :D it's just a matter of experience...just open your build mode and start experimenting crazy things...what you need is just to know the cheats for the build mode and lots of creativity...
If only it's available and free in real life :') sometimes i wish i'm a sim and do some money cheats and bam rich as hell haha.
This is amazing,but im not a fan of large amounts of custom content, because using the same stuff as other builders will give a bigger chance of you standing out

no mod for the walls...the painting is just a metallic blue
I downloaded the house, however when I go to install it says update my game, my game is updated.
They are different things actually...how do you intall it? I would say just place the file somewhere and double click on it
It shows up in the launcher and in my download folder but then when i try to install it, it says update and try later. Weird I never had this happen before.
