Not sure about bugs while playing, in that case have fun re-arranging things.
Once again I focused on a small house, which I like more than ultramansions to furnish, this is good for a newborn family without children, or even for a lone wolf who likes occasional relations and parties.

Great interior, tho the stairs don't really look good. But then again, bathroom and living look great! How the bedroom looks, is very nicely done to. Great job!

And don't worry, as you can see I've uploaded two houses in just 5 days recently, and I'm making another one...It depends on how busy am I, and also I care a lot about details...You'll never see one of my houses being made quickly "only for upload". I mean when it comes on youtube it's because it deserves it! :p

La parte arquitectónica es muy buena, te felicito, pero en cuanto a la decoración tanto blanco y negro duelen los ojos y elementos a veces tan vanguardistas que resultan feos, por lo demás gran trabajo. Como arquitecto genial

oh btw is anyone having issues with installing the house? I tried multiple times it keep saying fail when I tried to install using TS3 launcher....Im already having a hard time dl-ing from mediafire...I refresh the page like 20times only able to get it to load and now this :(
Have you tried cc Magic. It nearly never fails to bring the content extreme easy and fast in the game. The loading time of the game will be shorter too!

It's base game only...what you mean "How I did on the ceiling"?
You mean how to paint it? It's just like the floor...you just have to move the camera in order to see it.

Banana Bahriye Try patching your game to the latest version and enabling custom content, make sure you also have any EPs that are required for the house to properly function in general before downloading a house, but sometimes even if you don't have any EPs you can use houses from the store or any other CC sites, but the custom items or items you don't have due to the lack of CC or EPs will be replaced with base game items from the game. I think your problem is that the game isn't patched to the newest version, or have CC enabled.

This is mirror floor. You can download it at The Sims Resource. The name was Mirror Floor Tiles or something similar to that.
just double click on it and the house will be installed...you just go in game and place it

TheSimsDesignsNu i know that but does it go straight to my TS3 game launcher downloads? because that was my big issue with player created TS3 content
Jay Haze It's simply a .TS3 file...you just click on it and the Launcher will load the house in your game...then you just play the game and you find the house in the inventory, with all other houses...then you can place it on the terrain.
TheSimsDesignsNu there this problem that when i place lot (processing) you can choose the right positioning left,right aha aha but no house , i thought its just invisible so i just "accept" but when i go there . theres no house at all
